The funeral and burial had already taken place before the show began. We didnt see any of those events. They did more when Sam's last baby died

What do you want them to do? Not show Sam at all as she goes through that? They skipped over the ceremonies and just dealt with the aftermath. Seemed wise to me.

Exactlyt I didn't care to see the aftermath. More of her crying. She does that everyday and we'll be subjected to it unti lshe gets the kid back. They could've given her the Liz treatment.

was completely trashed and thrown under the bus for the murder of her child that luke committed in order to write her off to make it ok for jason to have a baby, thats the liz treatment.

When was Liz on everyday shoving her pain down viewers throats? Was that when her baby with Jax died? Cuz it sure as hell wasn't when Jake dided. Lucky got the aftermath of the offscreen memorial and burial, so did Jason, so did Luke.

Sam's baby just died. We should see her crying and she should be sad.

They havent done anything significant with her since keeping her on and she still does nothing except weave in and out of people's storylines actign as a sounding board and throwing her two cents. Becky should have just taken the firing as a blessing and put her talents to better use elsewhere

Its called a supporting player. Being used the proper way. If only all characters on all shows were used the way she is, there wouldnt be a balance issue.

Sam warranted or not has always been viewed as a lead but if she was not tied in story to McBain and Jason you can bet her ass would be on the back burner like she was when she was paired with GVs Lucky which ironically was her best pairing.

Thats not true for Sam. She was supporting and had little to do when Guza was here and it wasnt until he left and GW started giving her material last year that she went back to being lead. Seriously for most of 2010 and early 2011, all Sam did was act as a sounding board to agree with anything Jason said with NO storyline or focus of her own. She was wasted and just an empty shell. You could have just had Jason talk to the wall and get the same effect. Her wedding and subsequent psychological torture via Franco was the first attempt at giving her material to work with in a long time. Before she was just Jason's ride or die chick. More of an accessory than anything
