Nope, wasn't me at all.

That was all Cheap. wink.png

(LOVE YA, CHEAP! xoxo wub.pngwink.png )

Todd & Starr wub.png .

"He kidnapped me first." laugh.png Well, it's true!

I am seriously wondering now if KW's weird speaking voice is an Indianapolis thing (where she's from--ditto KA saying "family." I've always wondered if that was a Philly thing--then again, KeMo is from Philly, too).

Any bets on how long it takes Tea to start screeching? With a stomach that large right now, I fear for that baby's life once she gets started wacko.png .

I disagree. I actually think Bianca's Rape on AMC was a well done story for the most part, which had lasting repercussions on multiple characters. It was probably one of the better rape stories done on soaps in the last decade or so. I would also say Marty Saybrooke's gang rape is probably the gold standard of the way a rape storyline should be written. The focus was on the victim of rape rather then other people. It's only a recent thing where rape stories are just "whatever" stories to bleed into a larger context of current/previous story without giving validity to the victim of the crime and how the person is supposed to feel about that violation. The fall out from this current story with Sam is ridiculous, because it doesn't even seem like she is really processing this. It's all about how Jason feels about everything and Sam has no autonomy or sense of self in regards to what has happened to her. It's like she is one of Jason's "precious things" that got all ruined because Franco raped her, and Jason's throwing temper-tantrums and is upset because his brother ruined his new toy.

There's been plenty of shift and it all has to do with Ron allowing someone to spit in Sonny/Jason's face without being punished for it - all the more reason why I don't mind John McBain being Ron's male pet character.

No, that wasn't it. He was just a better actor and wasn't drawn as the asshat that he was SORASed into being through the hair model.

Like I said, we are in for a long summer with this hair-eating bitch.

I loved Jack hating on Todd, Blair and Starr and choosing to stand by Tea, Victor and Dani. It's too bad we never got to see his reaction to the arrest and trial especially since Todd has confessed to shooting his brother. Can't wait to see Tea rip him apart for "murdering" her husband , lying and manipulating she and their daughter. Can't wait to hear how Dani has responded to him since his confession

Starr may not approve of her father "murdering" her uncle (though I don't know why, since Frodd treated her like sh*t), but she's squarely on the side of her real father. She may be upset at Todd like her mother is, but they'll eventually come around like they always do. Jackass is the same dummy that confused the abuse that Frodd doled out as "love" because Frodd bought his way out of his son's fuckups, so his "hating" has no weight.

As for Danyella, she is a non-factor that was conjured up to keep Yellgado tethered to Todd since Ron has a perpetual hard-on for this bipolar banshee.

Todd did the same for Jack when he covered up his arson, except he used that to blackmail him by threatening to send him to prison I'd he didn't stop accusing him of murdering his father and to give him a shot at a relationship. Jack chose to stand by his real father, the one who raised him and was there growing up and was closer to Tea and Dani towards the end bc he could relate to them as they werent trying to force Todd into his life and downplay Victor's importance to him like Starr and Blair were. Good for him.

The problem with Jack standing by Victor was that the show had, for months and months up to that time, written Victor as a bad influence, cold, and unpleasant. Under his watch, Jack bullied and killed. Victor got him off of any responsibility for this. Victor's relationship with Jack was often verbally abusive - he had little to say to Jack besides "Shut up." Only a few years before this, Victor had planned to dump Jack so he could go live happily ever after with his rape victim and the grandchild he planned to steal. The only reason the show went on about this supposed close bond was they thought it would be thrilling storytelling to have Jack go on and on and on and on about "Scarface" in order to fill up airtime.

Victor's supposed close relationship with Jack was the epitome of telling, not showing.

As for Danielle - who cares? She was a worthless character and my guess is even Tea (who dumped the girl in boarding school most of her life while doting on Starr) will lose interest since she now has a true heir on the way, not a reminder of Todd.

Jackass ought to be lucky that Todd's love for Blair was strong enough for him to put forth the effort to save his ungrateful ass in the first place instead of letting him fry like he should've.

Thank God Starr and Blair, in spite of Hater Yellgado, Jackass, and Danyella's bullsh*t, had the cojones to leave Frodd behind and rekindle their relationships with Todd.

I think ME and KM have a ton of chemistry -- and I never watched PC, nor was I ever really a huge viewer of OLTL (in part due, ironically, to McNostril's presence on the show. And Natalie).

But I have watched GH for years, until about a year and half ago when I could bear this show no longer. I'd rather watch Y&R than GH at a pinch, and that's saying something. Now I'm tuning back in again and while Ron 'n Frankenfurter are not the second coming of Clare Labine, this show is 100x better than Garin Wolf's version. It is also 100x better than Guza/Guza & Pratt's respective efforts.

I'm ok with McBain being on this show if it means (finally!) there is a strong counterweight to the Sonny/Jason axis of boredom. I'm ok with Tea being on and shreiking if that LW creature gets less airtime. I am sort of not ok with Kristen Alderson being in anything and everything and wish Kassie DePaiva could have taken her place in this SL (minus the Michael moo-eyes stuff, of course) but w/e. That's how far gone GH had gotten. The fact that the show now makes me care about Liz again, about Sam for the first time ever, for Anna, and for that hunky Australian doctor Ewen is a [!@#$%^&*] miracle. The fact that this thread already has 16 pages means TIIC must be doing something... if not "right" than at least something that has people watching one way or another.

Finally -- Kristina Wagner (or whatever she goes by now). OMG. It's not the accent that's at issue. KW's accent is fine. It's the "acting." KW's still rusty.

Jack killed under Blair's watch. Victor was in a coma for weeks prior to that and was appalled when he learned what Jack was doing while he was out. Jack like most kids not actively involved in a plot was on the back burner till he was SORASED. He and his father had a lot more scenes together once he was aged and the show did show their relationship last year. His feelings toward Victor were valid as that was the most important male figure in his life and considering how he and Blair fell out, the closest person he felt he had. He had every right to be upset when he died and pissed off at Scarface for shooting him, lying and manipulating he and his family
