GH: 80's Fave Returning?

It was Bobby Martin in the attic, not Jake

LOL, tells you how much I watch AMC. My point was still that there is value in the unended, and lore should be respected as such. No need to tie up every end into neat packages - life doesn't have interest that way and neither do stories.

Besides, except for those of us who've been around for ages, who today even knows Blackie?

Even though the character was somewhat popular when he was on (from what I've heard...I wasn't born yet LOL), knowing JS was on Full House later is usually the only way Blackie is mentioned anywhere now.

I agree not everything needs to be tied up neatly and not everyone knows Blakcie. Most people know Stamos from Full House not GH.

Blackie was let out of prison in 1987. The character of Dusty Walker (played by Shaun Cassidy) was in prison with him and let everyone know that Blackie got out of jail.

Betcha the show will forget about that, though. Even worse, we'll find out either Todd or McBain was the one responsible for putting him in prison.

Anna put him in jail and he's coming back to town to get revenge on her. Good thing John is here to save the day and send him back to prison

Oh wow. I didn't even know that! Thanks! Even if it was a throwaway line, you'd think some more people might remember that so the jokes would stop.

I think the jokes have taken on a life of their own. John Stamos himself probably believes Blackie is still in jail.

Blackie is John's fraternal twin, taken at birth by Lucille March! Blackie and John are about to embrace when a bullet meant for Sonny kills Blackie. John will never forget!

No, no, Carl--they're triplets! Jesse Katsopolis moves to PC from San Francisco when his wife Becky lands herself a gig on their local morning TV talk show, and he and his band The Rippers (or should I go with Hot Daddy & the Monkey Puppets from FH's last season?) take on Port Chuck in an AI style competition! Becky is then shocked to come face to face with her long-lost twin--Jody Travis, newly arrived from Monticello!

And Victor Lord will turn out to be Jason's real dad and Helena Cassadine's brother.
