They asked Corday were they being killed and stated Doug was and also stated if they didn't want any part of it, the part would be recasted Again that's page 211.... They said they were on vacation in China when Corday called them to tell them to clear their schedules to tape some shows. They said they asked whether they were being killed off and were told only Doug was. Corday told Bill he would understand if he didn't want to do it but that they would recast in that case because Doug was going to be killed.
