Oddly enough, John Stamos DID actually did return briefly in 1992 (when he was still on Full House) as himself, I think for something involving the grand opening of Deception, as he appeared with Julia Barrett and Scott (aren't JS and Kin Shriner still friends in real life?).

Who knows if anything was said about his resemblance to Blackie, though. Even a prison joke or two .
