Paul Wesley (one of the other guys he beat out) also used to be on soaps - he was Max, Tammy's adopted brother, on GL, and Jake's nephew on AW.

The soaps used to bring so many good people to primetime - all of those guys, even if I didn't watch their shows too often at the time (like DAYS), I could see the potential. These days that's tough to find on a lot of soaps.

I did not recognize him...I do remember him.

Jesse Lee Sofer who played Will Munson on ATWT was a regular on the recently cancelled, Mob Doctor. Dumb concept so it was not surprise when it was cancelled, but he did some solid work so he might get some more prime time work.

Tamara Tunie was a mediator on The Good Wife last week. She is an ageless beauty, simply stunning.

Justin Bruening (ex Jamie, AMC) is joining the cast of Grey's Anatomy.

I have NOTHING against JB but I'll admit that I'm continually surprised at the amount of work he's gotten since leaving AMC.

Goes to show that talent means nothing sometimes. LOL! The only explanation must be that he has a look that they like.

I saw both Sofer and Tunie in their shows. So Mob is gone?? I think I watched half of a show...lol

Yeah, FOX aired the last episode of the Mob Doctor last week. Once the writers' knew of the cancelled and sped up the story, it improved a bit, but really it was rubbish.

Ever since I started watching these old Y&R clips, I have been become curious about what happened to some of the actors who were on the show in the early 2000s. Checking on IMDB, it seems like a lot of them are no longer in the business e.g. the actors who played Raul, Brittany, and the original Mac.

Wasn't David Lago (Raul) one of the guys rumored for the role of Dante on GH back when they were casting?

I WANT HIM SO, SO, SO MUCH!!!!

I believe AshBash (original Mac on Y&R) left the show to pursue education, so I guess it's safe to say she's through with acting. David Lago is probably playing naked bongos on a treetop somewhere.

Lago still acts (mainly indies) & AshBash went back to school.
