It deserved to be canceled as it turned into a live & contrived hot mess. I didn't realize it wasn't doing too great last season in the ratings, but I really enjoyed it.

Even worse, I don't think AC has much chemistry as a co-host with anyone...except maybe Kathy Griffin. #faghag

Cooper is better in limited settings - I don't think he's ever been suited to big talk show fame. Even his CNN show has its limits. He always sort of seems like something from The Celluloid Closet, even after coming out. The only time he seems human is around Kathy Griffin.

Was at the taping of the show today. I didn't realize it had turned this bad! The whole experience of being there was great but, damn, is the show bad or what? Anderson barely seems to care anymore.
