Can someone explain to me the circumstances surrounding Adams departure? I am a tad confused how JR has total control of the company and properties as they are on the verge of bankruptcy

Cara has almost become David's manic pixie dream girl (look it up).

"that bubbly, shallow cinematic creature that exists solely in the fevered imaginations of sensitive writer-directors to teach broodingly soulful young men to embrace life and its infinite mysteries and adventures MPDGs are said to help their men without pursuing their own happiness, and such characters never grow up, thus their men never grow up."

Replace "young men" with a "middle-age super villain" and it is perfect.

Tad and Dixie are just ho hum to me. THey are not Angie and Jessie

Wow for the first time I really like Jake and Amanda. LB has done them good with the cancer story on forward

Let me guess CAra is the woman to make EVIL David better

Sorry, Dixie, it's just an egg.

Of course they're not Jesse & Angie, they're not supposed to be.

I like Jamanda, but they are a tad boring.

I think that was an anvil JR saying "I'm not going out that easy....or alone"

If she is, then they have to do better than this "Sweet Home Alabama"/"How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" b.s. they keep writing for them and for other couples. This isn't AMC anymore. It's some failed rom-com writer's variation on it.

Well there is basically one big story going on now Project clusterfeck with the Angie and Jessie stuff as C story and JR's story the same. Today was pretty much all filler fluff minus some progression on the JR story

AS much as I like LH they need to give her more than being Davids savior and I just think tragic heroine is not LH's best mode
