If they're going to do this story I don't mind Irene coming back as long as she actually has to answer questions. One of the many annoying things about Victor's return was that he never seriously faced questions on any of the ugly things that various retcons piled on him.

Maybe they can ret-ret-con and say that Irene was behind that Victor clone in the Heart of a Lord s/l.

I don't think identical twins would have 100% same DNA from what I've read. I guess they're going to just ignore that, though. Or the initial tests weren't super hardcore.

Identical twins do match up 100% bc they are identical. Its the reasons why DNA isnt conclusive to deciper between twins in criminal investigations and sometimes the wrong sibling goes down for a crime. DNA also isnt good enough in paternity cases for the same issue.

No, until theres some new technology that gets discovered, current methods can not decipher between the DNA of identical twins. Identical twins have the same genome and would come out with identical DNA results. Its simply not possible. A more accurate way would be to look at dental records as twins would not have the same. Twins also wouldnt have the same fingerprints

I actually miss Brody and Natalie bc I like them. Jessica? Not so much. Im shocked Natalie hasnt been on bc she knew about the man that looked like Todd and was on the case and then she's instantly dropped from all of this.

I actually meant to comment on the ridiculousness of Nat being dropped from it all. Especially considering her history with both Todds.
