Digest can report exclusively that yes, Sarah Michelle Gellar (ex-Kendall) will appear on ALL MY CHILDREN before its September 23 broadcast finale. "I have no idea what I'm doing or who I'm playing," she says. "I told them I don't want to be Kendall; that's Alicia's [Minshew] role now. She has made that beyond her own. She's amazing. I just wanted to be a part of it. I said I would be a patron in a bar, I don't care. I can come down from the attic with Bobby Martin; I can be his ski bunny wife." The actress is currently filming RINGER for The CW, in which she stars as twins. There's an AMC connection there, too — Justin Bruening (Jamie), who is also returning to AMC, is taping RINGER with Gellar now. "He's great," she says. "I think the day I'm doing [AMC], Justin will be there, too." For more from the actress, see an upcoming issue of Digest.

Wow, I am not a SMG fan at all! Team La Lucci!

I think Lucci said she never understood where those rumors came from. Granted, she could have just been being professional but I don't think they were at each other's throats as much as people think they were.

Look for ALL MY CHILDREN alum Sarah Michelle Gellar (ex-Kendall) to be back in Pine Valley before the soap airs its network broadcast finale on Friday, September 23. "When I heard the show was being canceled I didn't understand it just because it didn't make sense to me," the RINGER star told Soaps In Depth just minutes ago at the Television Critics Association press tour, where she's promoting the upcoming CW drama in which she plays twins. "I called Judy Blye Wilson, who was the casting director when I was there and still is, and I said I want to do something. I don't want to be Kendall. That's Alicia [Minshew]'s role. I have no idea what I'm going to be doing. But I will be doing one day. I'm excited."
