Hello everyone.  This is my first post

Please register in order to view this content

.  I stumbled upon this forum by accident when I was trying to figure out how to download episodes from Videoland (if anyone has figured out please let me know).  I have several thousand episodes on my Cloud Drive that I can share.  All of the ones I have are in English.

I bought the DVD set of the first season and converted those to MP4.  This is the link to 1987: https://home.mycloud.com/action/share/c190d23b-3454-4aab-964b-f6de50912631.

I got 1988-1990 when a nice lady named Amy was posting episodes.  So I have 250-750 (minus 677) in English with Dutch subtitles.  This is how I also found about Videoland.

I also got some random episodes and clips that feature only Stephanie from a site years ago called LorreB.  It fills in the gaps from 1990-2000.  Here is a link to the 1993 folder:  https://home.mycloud.com/action/share/68689aeb-6b5b-415e-974c-8bfc31fff301.

I have almost of 2000-2004 that I bought from a woman online.  These aired in Australia, but I edited out the commercials.  I will post a link later as it is on a different drive.  I also have most of 2005-2010 thank to the official site posting them on YouTube.  I have every episode from 2010 to present.  If there is any holes or gaps I can fill, let me know.  In the meantime, I will keep trying to figure out how to download from Videoland.

Thank you. You can find episodes from Videoland in the Vault shared in @ChickenNuggetz92 post a few pages back. As for a program to use for downloading from Videoland may be someone else can help. I tried myself but did not manage well so i gave up after my free trial ended. I appreciate you sharing your links especially from the period 2000 - 2004.

There is a site called nlziet. Thats like videoland

Its possible there to watch live and look back the last 7 days the channel RTL Lounge, where the repeats of B&B Classics are airing with 2 new episodes per day.

So i managed to capture episodes 1099-1110. I added them in the vault today.

I use a very good program Audials One for capturing the episodes. It captures directly from the graphics card and so it has the best quality with no overlays.

I registered for a trial month on the site nlziet, so you can be sure to get one month of episodes in High Quality. Maybe i can go on after the trial period.

Wow, they look really great!!!

Me too. Our angels have always come through. I'm sure they won't let us down.  Can you reach out again to that person that was uploading, I think his name was Bart?

I also hope the angel who was uploading 1994 will come back!

Welcome, and thank you! Wow, this is so generous  I'm glad that the people who used to comment on Amy's channel are finding this place.

I can't help but think we will eventually have every episode of B&B

I am just amazed and impressed how you people are always finding these other sources for the show!   I wouldn't even know where to begin to look.

I'll start uploading your German episodes from mega in 2003/German/episodes from rsclassicfanforever.

I have most of them.  The dates may be a little off as they were from Australia which aired behind US.  I tried to readjust as much as I could using episode guides online.  I may be missing an episode here or there, but I should be able to upload them in the next week.  I'm going to post the 2000 link soon and then start uploading them.

Here is the link to 2000.  It starts off in July (approximately).  I do want to warn that Australian censorship sometimes edits out curse word or fights.

    • You could see some kind of Rita/Vanessa showdown being set up, whether it was over Ed or Alan in 1981. (as Vanessa/Henry used the affair to blackmail Alan) But it doesn't seem like Ed/Vanessa were given a lot of time to work, when they only entered each other's orbit in March after Vanessa's "suicide" attempt. Rita's gone by June, it seems and Mart was fired. OG Vanessa seems to be the negative-reverse of Rita. Rita made unfortunate and selfish decisions, but she was never malicious or scheming.  In '87, Alan just seems like the irritant in Vanessa's relationship with Ross. Alan's only real interest in Vanessa was her Chamberlain stock (as he's involved in the weird art forgery/Valere mess and had kicked Phillip and Alex out of Spaulding) and Vanessa and Reva seem more invested in egging each other on than in Alan. When she leaves for Venezuela, Vanessa explains to Reva she wasn't in love with Alan, but thought she could be in a "modern" marriage and enjoy the power that came being Mrs. Spaulding (or something like that). But she realized when Billy called that he needed her , while all Alan needed was a "suitable" hostess. She also tried warning Reva from getting further involved with Alan, but of course, Reva ignored that advice. They even seemed to be setting up another go round between Ross and Vanessa on her exit. They have a tender goodbye, while Alan arrives too late to make an appeal for her to stay.
    • One of many problems of this show. It seems so easy to pick on Ashley and Derek but there's a plethora of issues that have nothing to do with either of them.

Uh oh, is this the Gilly storyline everyone seemed to hate? We'll see how I feel, but for now, I'm just glad Vivian and Gilly have screen time!  They've been sorely underused in 1995. I noticed in the end credits recently that the actress playing Vivian is on contract while her husband is recurring. I haven't warmed up to the Griffin character, as he's quite pushy and not overly endearing yet. I'm not quite sure if Wolf dons the Marian getup, I'll let you know, but I'm going to doubt it. They've all now realized Marian is a man, and Brent left his wigs/clothing at the house and he now has Lucy hostage in the lighthouse as Brent. I actually found an interview from 2023 that Frank Beaty did with this online Italian group who are big GL fans. I was quite shocked and happy to run across this! Frank seems to be a really nice man. The interview is a bit of a slog, because half of it is the co-host translating back and forth. But here are some pretty fascinating facts that Frank mentions: -He originally auditioned for the role of Matt Reardon, but didn't get it. The producers remembered his audition and offered him the role of Brent Lawrence later. How interesting! -He was offered a second year on the show, but declined. He wanted to find meaning in life, research his faith and start a new chapter in life. He said declining the second year was ultimately one of his biggest regrets. The storyline offered to him was Brent's rehabilitation in a facility that Amish Abigail was going to work in and help him with, and she and Brent were going to become friends... how interesting that could have been! -He was very close with Rick Hearst and Sonia Satra, almost like the three musketeers. -Makeup for Marian took 3 hours each time. Between the time commitment of that, the pressure of the show, and his personal life which was going through some really hard times, he said he had a nervous breakdown and couldn't continue functioning on set. He was very complimentary of Mark Wolf replacing him. -Frank is currently getting back into acting and is excited about his future (although 2 years later now, curious to see if anything came out of this). He's dating a woman in Paris, long-distance. Honestly wasn't sure if Frank was gay or not, but I guess this helps give insight there.

    • Well, I thought it was very exciting. The storm, the vehicles in trouble, at the hospital, that weird guy calling Jen, IzzyB very pregnant & also medically having problems & I thought they did a great job with the storm F/X. Even Alice helping at the hospital. Of course I always hated Tracy M. She just wasn't Carrie to me.
    • I am glad Brook Lynn blurted out the truth to Tracy and we get to see her reaction.  I really hope the show doesn't forget about Ned in this story. Since he appears so rarely, he tends to be the afterthought in all this.  That was a pretty large secret Lois and Brook kept from him for no real reason.  I need him to be able to show his feelings about being in the dark this whole time.
