JS is OTT a lot but the better scenes of he with Lexie or Nicole can offset some of that scenery chewing and make him enjoyable to watch. Hes still on

Aside from Sami and it appears Melanie, the women on this show's only purpose are the men they are appended to. Nicole/AZ while she gets lots of screen time is not written for. And its a shame because she is the best most kickass actress on this show. She not James Scott carried that baby switch storyline. I think I'd enjoy her back in the Kiriakis orbit more than where she's been the past few years. IA with you its all rinse and repeat no matter how fabulous the scenes are. AS for TB I already have expressed my opinions on how unimpressive and overrated an actress I think she is. But then anyone who plays batshit crazy seems to be lauded as the second coming.

Yeah, that's who I'm hearing too, which Errol was teasing about it yesterday on Twitter. I guess that's why nobody's been able to confirm it - it's not a done deal yet.

Agreed. Noel knows the production model so the budget won't get out of control. I just hope he has the production sense (the look of the show) of his mentor, Ed Scott. And he better bring in Kathyrn Foster as director.

Jamey said that he hears he listens to fans, so that can be a plus. I'm not familiar with the guy, but with all the other changes, promoting from within instead of bringing someone from the outside, could provide some stability.

They had no idea what to do with Lucas for years so while I would like to see him again I'm not sure what they would do with him. I'm afraid he would be there to shout or yell when Will comes out - then be written off again.

The thing with Eric Martsolf's onscreen presence is that he's just THERE. There's no charisma or rooting value. He's just generic plastic eye candy. No pairing he's been with has ignited any chemistry or interest. He's more suited for a Falcon Studios production (gay men who watch porn will know the reference...)
