How freaking gorgeous is Ellen Holly in that picture with Lillian Hayman?? She looks like Robin Strasser as Rachel.

She's not, I think she's naturally blonde brunette. She dyes it red because Lucille Ball is her inspiration.

Thanks for posting that article! There always fun to read. Its nice to see the actress who played Grace too, I would love to see some of that actual storyline. Ellen Holly looks beautiful. And its nice to see that everyone appeared to get along then too.

Was Frances Fuller the same woman who played a judge on OLTL years later and Alexandra Spaulding's maid? It looks a little like her.

Yeah, that confused me, perhaps she was going by a different name at the time or the magazine screwed up her name (?), but that's Frances Foster who played Alex's maid Vera ("Peanut!") on GL. She also played Gertie in the infamous Good Times episode about the neighbor who eats dog food. I think you're thinking of Novella Nelson who played Judge Fitzwater on OLTL in the mid-'90s. We don't all look alike Carl! I kid, I kid!

I am soooo enjoying all these vintage early 80's Viki and Clint and even Dorian stuff. I hope this person has the Wedding and maybe a little Echo. but for now, i'm enjoying everything. most of these scenes i haven't seen on youtube before.

I am too! And it's a plus to be able to see classic characters like Carla, Karen, Larry and Ed. I had just given up on being able to see Karen and Larry in South America and the Pat/Maggie storyline and then I finally got to see glimpses of each story!

and i loved Viki giving birth to Joey. for some reason in all the retrospectives and photo's, they showed Viki when she had Kevin and then Jessica but they did not show Joey at all. for a while i beleive they just didn't air it because i knew it was when Erika was pregnant in real life. but now i finally got to see it. and all the vintage Dorian scenes. really seeing how Robin strasser took that charater from a villan with a normal wardrobe to a very flawed dress up diva. such fun.

It's so weird, though. I can't picture her having anything but red hair. Well, except for when Mitch dyed it blonde, of course .

For a few weeks after the Mitch/barn debacle it seemed like they were going to stick with it and try to make Blonde Natalie happen. Man, that was weird.
