I guess it's supposed to be a charming rogue standing up to Erica, but there's nothing all that charming about him. And sexually harassing multiple women isn't all that adorable. I've been rewatching this story. I know these were mostly wretched times but I quite enjoyed this story point. It ruined Liza as a character. And she and Michael Lowry were terrible together - zero chemistry (look at how awkward their kiss is).
