Could Patrick Thornhart be returning to Llanview to help usher out the departing Susan Haskell (Marty)?

Disappointing that TK wouldn't come back for a final scene or two with SH.

OLTL wanted a double for Erika Slezak recently too, it's confusing. It makes it sound like they want a TK look alike to usher out SH

I really doubt ABC would have asked him back - my guess is they see him only as Zach. I think this will probably be some delusion of Marty's. Having her reunite with the back of Patty Duke's...er...Patrick Thornhart's Head would be stupid even by recent standards. Besides, the show only cares about her as propping Todd and John.

Maybe it will facilitate RH's return somehow too.

TK IS available and in NY, why not get him to do a few scenes, he's always said he was willing to do scenes if they ever wrote out Marty

Body doubles aren't typically used as character stand-ins, they're used as body doubles. Not sure why they would need one, but this definitely suggests he could be back

Yeah, that's more along the lines of what I was thinking. Though it could be Patrick in flashback to help flesh out Roger Howarth's return and we only see the back of him.

Maybe they're going to have a flashback of the Patrick wig blowing up Guy Armitage's yacht.

recasting for one day is dumb. They are better off keeping him dead

I hope he comes back for real, Marty deserves a happy ending after how she has been written since Susan Haskell's return.

ES's body double is probably a Viki/Niki stand-in.

All I can figure out is that Marty will die and Patrick will welcome her into Heaven. Just lovely. Bad enough getting rid of Marty. But, killing her off. Dammit!
