she wrote GH with Guza back in 1996/1997. She was also headwriter of PC in 2000 and wrote the Nurses Strike story and refocused the show back to strong hospital based stories

Very odd rumor. I don't belive it. GH just beat B&B in the ratings. Why woud they fire him? Although Guza does not maintain rating spikes he still gets them. IF this rumor were true then I bet the AMC HW's are next
