He was soooooo miscast! What were they thinking? The decision to hire Reed was almost as baffling as ANOTHER WORLD's decision to hire Wesley Ann Pfenning as Alice.

How long did he last in the role?

A year I believe

The last time I saw him was in a spring or summer 1982 episode. Not sure when his exit was. Maybe he left with Sara?

Rhonda Lewin debuts as Vicky on AW 

she's a completely different character than the Vicky, Jensen is known for!

She really didn't know how to play Vicky so she mostly went with caricature for a while. I think she said it took her 5-6 months or more. She used to tell the difference between the characters by painting her nails red for Vicky and taking it off for Marley.

And that's why she always sucked in both roles, IMO. She totally killed Marley for me, and as far as I'm concerned, Vicky left with Anne Heche.
