I thought the dress was very pretty and classic and suited Kate Middleton well. You can't really go wrong with the house of Alexander McQueen, who I'm so proud of for winning this one. You can tell William feels lucky to be marrying such a gorgeous woman.

Yeah, that's not a great name. I'd almost rather Philippa.

I can't get over the fact that the Middletons amassed their fortunes with a company called Party Pieces. It sounds like something a housewife would do in her spare time.

Kate looked so gorgeous in her dress! But especially when she smiles - my goodness! William is such a lucky guy.

Kate's sister looked great too in her dress.

I love this picture because of the little girl. :lol

Princess Eugenie looked like a Muppet.

But the one behind the Queen, right? What a ridiculous hat. LOL

I also loved the crowd slowly making their way, behind police escort, to Buckingham Palace. I thought that was very cool.

Princess Beatrice is the one behind the Queen, she also looked like a Muppet. Princess Eugenie is sitting next to her sister Beatrice though in the blue.

I flove Kate's wedding dress. They are a gorgeous couple

This truly was a fairytale wedding. I hope it lasts

I just can't get enough of watching the coverage of this :D

I wasn't a huge fan of the dresses (although Kate did look pretty), but they seem to have made a positive impression.

It's so easy for people to hate the Royals - it's a default "cool" position in society - so it's nice that many out there gave such a good showing and treated this as a special day.

The Windsors aren't normal people but I did like how awkward and natural Kate and William (especially William) seemed throughout the day. I don't think they will get the type of pedestal-placing that was so damaging with Diana and Charles. All in all I think it was a beautiful ceremony and a nice step forward for a family that have sacrificed a lot.

It was nice to see Cat Deeley on CNN, although Piers Morgan drowned her out.

I think it will. They've been together for what, 9 years (breaking up a couple of times in between). They both took their time and are truly friends and in love. They're the opposite of Charles/Diana where Charles was in love with Camilla and Diana was barely an adult.

Me too. I love watching the beautiful Kate. I'm glad William picked someone hot unlike Harry who's currently dating someone who's not so hot. LOL

It's easy to see why there's vocal anti-monarchists in the UK, given the way of the economy and the OTT nature of the Royal family. Many think they're past their relevance in British society, and I can't deny that I don't see where those people are coming from.

Barring this wedding, even by the general tabloid frenzy in the UK, the Royals seem positively B-list these days.
