There was an Aussie Soap that did a bush fire. I don`t know if it was Neighbours or Home & Away.

Anyway let me know some of your favourites and anything you want to say on Soap Disasters.

GL's first blackout was very well done because it generated so many new stories and created so many dramatic situations: Nick running to the church to find Mindy had skipped off on their wedding; Blake & Ross get together; Jenna and little Michelle trapped in the elevator; Roger & Maureen; Ed & Lillian; Eleni trapped in the freezer.

Both have done Bush fires a few times (after all Bush fires are an almost annual event in parts of Australia), Home and Away's most significant bush fire was in 1995, while Neighbours' most significant was in 2008.
