These are great! I'd never seen most of these. The Eileen Fulton perfume ad is a stunner. The Dan/Susan is great. I had never known about that fancy dress photo of Kim. Was that during the jewel robbery story?

There was some story in summer 1985 after Shannon came to Oakdale. She'd taken a jewel or something and people were being murdered. I think Kim was involved in a hostage situation.

Anyone know why Irna and subsequent writers chose to SORAS the Stewart children so drastically? That effectively threw Patsy Bruder prematurely into matriarch territory. If you started watching the show in 80s, you would've thought that Ellen was Nancy's contemporary, when in actuality she was part of the Bob/Kim/Penny etc. generation.

Watching the Bob and Kim set....thinks it tied with the James Stenbeck as my favorite. Few observations and questions.....Gawd....Gregg Marx is truly hot sex on a stick. I flove the beard and mustache and had forgetten he had it on the show before he shaved it off later on. I guess they wanted him to resemble Justin Deas. HBS looks so young and just flove her as Margo. Scotty Bryce looks cute as hell. . I noticed that the sets are so dark. I remember them not being as lighted as they were in the 90s and on. And a question.....Did Sierra at this point know that Lucinda was her mother and vice versa?? I dont think Craig knew when he slept with Lucinda.

That might be due to where the show was being taped at that point in time. IIRC, ATWT once was taped at EDGE OF NIGHT's former studio inside the now-demolished Monroe Theater. ATWT also was taped where the NYC FOX affiliate is today.

I think you only copied a partial link. Marx is not married, he is a "confirmed bachelor" and pretty open about it.

"Confirmed Bachelor" was what they called our 15th President James Buchana, and they though he was gay , so I think I got it!
