Over at Soap Central a poster swears that the M.E is David/VI in makeup.

I had my back turned at the beginning of this episode whilst making lunch, and I thought I heard VI's voice... I turned and it was the M.E. So MAYBE!

But if VI is in contract negotiations - he wouldn't be working too much right? Or maybe I have no idea, but wasn't that the reason we barely saw Frankie earlier this year?

Also, they have a huge feat trying to make me believe that dead body we saw at the party and in the hospital isn't the real David! I can't imagine how they'd create a really plausible explanation.

I feel like I was on crack watching the Angie rescue brigade. I expected the board to yell out "but she's blind!" after every plea. I get it, Angie has a big heart, and no, Randi, hope is not a cure....She's blind, I don't care how great Angie was in the past, she's blind, she can't be a doctor, period.

well it isnt an issue about Angie being an acting physician now bc she physically can not and she knows it. The hearing was about whether to remove her from her position as Chief of Staff, which she can still do. Thats administrative work and while there would be some changed made to accomodate her disabiility, thats still a job she can perform. She doesnt need to work on any patients, but she can still oversee the hospital, consult on cases and offer her professional opinion as a doctor

They should've mentioned that though. Angie while blind was about to shove a needle into Ryan and she had no idea what she was doing.

I don't doubt that she can still be an administrative chief of staff but that was never mentioned. Everyone (including the board) made it seem like Angie can still be a practicing doctor....she can't because she can't see!

David drugged himself with digitalis to appear dead, then the ME on his generous payroll revived him with the antidote, smuggled him out of the hospital and faked the autopsy report. A wax effigy is what will be buried. Now David starts moving his revenge chess pieces around!

Faking one's death is a crime. I believe this was brought up when Greenlee claimed to have done that earlier this year but Liza argued that she felt she had no choice bc Kendall was trying to kill her and she feared for her life. Im sure Jesse and the gang will go after David for this if thats what he's done

Loving Angie's hearing and her friends and family coming for support. I like how this seems to be morphing into a social story. I hope they keep her blind for a while as being a doctor with her condition could make for some interesting scenes in teh future.

Yeah, Marissa should have been more concerned for the kid she's supposedly helping to raise. I have a feeling this will lead to a custody battle with Marissa claiming his father can't even keep track of him.

I don't despise Caleb & Krystal like I do Ryan & Greenlee and Zach & Kendall, but I still wish he had gotten closer to Opal this summer instead.

Tad's laughing was completely inappropriate in front of David's widow. I don't give a damn how much Tad hated the man, it's tacky to laugh in Greenlee's face when she reveals the cause of death.

I wouldn't mind Angie being permanently blind but I doubt TPTB will go there. It just feels like miracle cures happen too often on soaps and a blind character would be more interesting, imo.

I was annoyed that the board didn't question Angie more about what patients she treated while blind. As someone else said, she couldn't even give Ryan an injection. How many other screw ups did she actually make? It would have been nice if the show addressed that aspect instead of sweeping it under the rug now that she has her job back.

So, Greenlee found the digitalis in the jacket that Madison was going to bring Ryan for his court hearing. I hate where it seems like this is heading!

The board meeting scenes were so good, love how everyone spoke out for Angie. Loved Madison, Natalia, & Opal's speeches. So good to see Brot back, to! The only part I hated was when Jake was reading David's letter. Ugh couldn't one of the board members have read it, Jake was just annoying throughout all of it. He brought down the mood, IMO.

Tad's little outburst laugh was *DISGUSTING*. Man that made me so mad!

Loved Annie finding AJ in the park. & her and JR bonding over it a bit. Marissa was annoying throughout the whole thing...wish she could have been the one who overdosed on digitalis last week. I am really hating her these days. Sick of her whining and pouting.

The whole ANGELA story would've been a LOT more sympathetic, if the egotistical bitch stepped down on her own. If she, as a doctor first, felt that she wouldn't be as beneficial to the citizens of Pine Valley if she wasn't at full capacity, then I might be a lot more understanding of her and others desire to keep her on as Chief of Staff. But for her to intentionally go around hiding the fact that she's blind and allowing herself to be in emergency situations that required immediate attention, I can't buy it. Primarily, due to the fact that it was only out of ego. I can't accept that David didn't care about the patients, because for YEARS, even those who hated him, knew that David went out of his way to save lives of every patient in his care. Angie just didn't/doesn't want to let David win. That, to me, is selfish. I know ANGELA is supposed to be excused of her idiocy because she's black, but I don't operate that way. Sorry. A dummy's a dummy... and if you're intentionally working blind and keeping it from your superiors for superficial reasons, your ass needs to go away someplace and sit down.

Yup. I just think she blames David for losing JR and her perfect family. Also thinking how he didn't care enough to think about her when he first faked his death, and I just don't think she likes either of her parents. Krystal selling her at birth, there is no way you forget something like that, she neglected her for years and on top of that when David first faked his death she was an after thought, when David was w/ Greenlee she never saw her father..they were more seperate than ever, she called him toxic at the cottage of JR/Annie and at the hospital. Oh I love that, I didn't have to FFWD Annie today, no propping at all, just freaking true, both her and JR, Marissa appearing out of nowhere made me think WTF?

Marissa is getting too whiney and pouty when she should be grieving. Greenlee is lieing but atleast she looks like she lost someone, Marissa is all IDK sketchy.

Loved at the mansion which apparently Annie still lives there b/c she said "I just got home" to JR when she first walked in. But when JR asked if he was turning into his father, I just know she lied to him. B/c he is turning into Adam but I don't think even if he was she'd tell him. When she reached for JR's hand and he had to leave .. me and my friends were frustrated, it was the same reaction we had to the wall kiss.
