But I agreee, I'm not sure who they were trying to pull in casting Adrienne. I mean, i don't know if she has a genuine fanbase that's gonna follow her to General Hospital....Maybe she honestly just auditioned for the role, and was good, regardless of her "name"

I won't address this stuff about Barbeau, since I think it's all hype and not a lick of it will mean anything in the long end.

YES! For years, I have wondered, Where did Eric and Mona come from? Do they have siblings, cousins, nieces and nephews, etc.?. I feel like Eric Kane (which is probably his "stage name") was someone who came from very humble beginnings, and worked very hard all his life to distance himself from his roots. For all we know, Eric might have a million-and-one brothers and sisters who either don't know how he ended up, or don't care b/c they feel as if he turned his back on the family when they needed him most.
