Frankly, JR with anyone skeeves me out. No disrespect to JY or his fans, but the vibes I feel whenever I see him on-screen are not good ones.

I liked how David pieced together the details of Henry's death and can use it now against the Hubbards. It gives Madison's story more heft to be protecting them while she's trying to seduce Ryan.

ITA that Tad throwing it back in David's face about stealing his wife was delicious! I love it when Tad acts like JR's dad since he raised him for so many years.

I agree that Ryan has been more likable lately. I thought the Ryan/Greenlee scenes were good but would have been better if they addressed how savagely he attacked her. His anger issues shouldn't have disappeared so suddenly without counseling and/or medication, imo.

Liza is in the house! I do feel bad for Annie since she's lost everything but it was funny when Liza rescinded the offer. I have to wonder if Adam really had a timetable or if Liza was just sticking it to Annie.

I loved Marissa throwing the martini in Annie's face. If we're stuck with this actress and character, I hope she becomes a total bitch in the near future!

Now that Liza is being written in the style of career driven, 1995-early 1998 Liza and JL's choices in playing her have been excellent... and they stopped dressing Liza in tight mini skirts and push up bras... I can definitely say I accept her as Liza Colby.

Yes he did. As Scott and Annie were talking, he brought it over to her. I remember because I was thinking, "Don't tell me... Annie's credit cards will be canceled when she goes to pay for this so she can be humiliated even more..." and then, whoops! Marissa comes in an throws it on her. So, at the end of it all, the Martini was used as a symbol of humiliation in some way.

Yeah, because David's never been called out on that before. I also "loved" Tad saying that David spent the year ignoring Marissa. Hmmm... now, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Marissa cut David OUT of her life once David made it clear he didn't support her marriage to JR -- because he knew he'd hurt her the way he hurt Babe?

Well, whaddya know?

I detest Rebecca Taylor.

It hasn't been six months, and already, AMC is staging their first explosion/fire in L.A.? Whatever happened to "character-driven" and "back to basics," people?

    • Yeah, not sure why Jack and Jen didn’t rush to Marlena - or even Carrie - to offer their condolences. A few flashbacks would've been a nice touch too. Instead, we got a whole episode of them talking about Chad and Abby? Come on. On the bright side, I loved Anna’s scenes with Marlena and Carrie - sweet and heartfelt, felt like a real 80s throwback.
    • Martin and Smitty were designed to avoid the stereotype of gay men sleeping around (which to an extent is true). If you recall Martin had a line about them not being open when Chelsea came to talk to him. The producers are walking a very fine line right now and it might not be popular to say but I can understand it. Establishing enough footing to ward off complaints will let them showcase gay characters more openly later.
    • The week was decent. They have started to rotate their stories and finally got a rhythm going. I disagree about them allowing every character to have a moment to shine though. Nicole really hasn't been given anything to do. I completely agree with all this. I adore Doug and hope he makes it through.

    • There was the one appearance in '96, but otherwise, that's correct as far as I know.
    •   It's working fine now.

Question for the B&B group: I see @rsclassicfanforever has uploaded multiple seasons from Videoland  (in the folders that are to be put away). They are huge folders and difficult to download so I started breaking them down into months but I realized they are by season so for example, Season 4 spans from March 1990 to March 1991. Now I'm wondering where to actually place them, since we have the Full Episodes section divided by year, not seasons. And most of these seasons we already have in full, so these are duplicates. Not sure if it's necessary to keep the older versions. I could just make another new section for Seasons, so the main folders would be "Behind the Scenes and Interviews," "Clips," "Full Episodes," "Full Seasons," "Music CDs," and "photo archive Marquise" but I'm not sure that really makes sense. Also wondering since we have almost every full episode now if "Clips" can be deleted in its entirety, as it's nearly 300GB.
    • CBS moving Murder, She Wrote from Sunday to Thursday was straight up sabotage. Les Moonves knew exactly what he was doing.
    • I sure hope you’re right. The lack of sets is maddening!
