Brooke and Thorne ended way to abruptly. I hated them on the stength of Macy, so I wasnt sad to see them end, but I wanted more from a breakup. Brooke simply moved on and Thorne went on the backburner

Thorne never came off either. I liked Brooke and Thorne better than Brooke and Ridge.

I wouldnt say Brooke and Thorne were popular. They got major backlash from Macy and Macy/Thorne fans, especially after they killed Macy off in a drunken stupor after confronting Brooke. That tainted them in alot of fans eyes
