Of course, it didn't help that he was standing next to Eric Martsolf who looked like a Greek god. She drove straight to the hospital and left her car in the parking lot. She was with Kristina the whole time and it was a while before she even left her side. Surely someone must have seen her car adn what happened with it. How can she disregard that? Knowing I left the evidence outside for all to see would have been enough to scare me into confessing. Did Diane or Sam even bring that part up? She gets Morgan out of school and then makes him taket he stand without notifying the parents? I'm not a lawyer, so can she do that? I don't think she can. I cant beleive they had a social worker there who just went along with it without saying anything. Anytime a new witness is brought into a case, the other side must be notified. Even if its a surprise witness. Claire thought of using Morgan and within the hour he's up there. Considering he's a minor, the courts would first have to evaluate and determine if he knew anything relevant to the case BEFORE he got on the stand. I was so surprised to see bobbie! and i almost pissed myself when she actually spoke! she looks better now than when she comes back with fresh work! it's better now, but why does she have El Vira's hair anymore?! if i wrote Gh bobbie woudd be the main heroine, and i would explain her face by saying a bug bucket of acid fell on her and melted her face.
