RHOC

I was rewatching RHOC season 4 (the Naked Wasted season)... and I noticed that the season did have some drama and forced group outings, but there was a lot of personal narratives and focus.  

I almost think that with all the mini trips, forced group dinners and constant bickering.. the end of season cast trip isn't as exciting/interesting anymore.  Perhaps for season 20 of RHOC, they could go back to the basics again and reserve the big drama for the end of season cast trip and cut down on the group interactions.

I would prefer that for all the franchises because the constant trips, lunches, etc just isn't realistic and these are reality shows.

Oh goody.. the entitled one (Karen) is out of prison and I'm sure she'll be back on the show again even though her Grande Dame thing is so played out and so last decade.

I think a little cast rotation would be in order for next season.  Marysol is played out, and the new girl is just not a fit.

I'd like to see Alexia go it alone on the show without her sidekick Marysol on the show

They've been trying to recreate Dinner Parties From Hell ever since the original, which came to be organically and totally out of left field. 

I agree in that it's time to get back to the basics that made the Housewives the success they became originally. Hell, give us some on-the-spot interviews with housewives on the street right after a scene gets played out. No need for all the green screen glammed up shots that aren't even inside their real homes anymore.

Your mentioning on-the-spot RH interviews took me right back to this gem Sheree gave after listening to Kim Zolciak's demo in a mall parking lot.

Anyways Team Katie now. She a liar and I wouldnt trust her but the way they iced her out was disgusting. I dont like bullying and thats the behavior thats being exhibited towards her. I totally beleive Emily set her up with that polygraph and i cant wait for someone to bring her down. Its way past time

 

Heather is pretentious but she ate with that comment about her husband being a doctor on tv and also one in real life

 

So disappointed in Jen with the way she turned her back on Katie when she knows that Gretchen is lying. She gaslit Katie in that sitdown. Everyone is just skating past Gretchen being the mastermind. She came back with an agenda to target Tamra and take her out but she failed and now doing damage control

 

I dont see the problem with Tamra bringing Jo around. There was no issues the last time Gretchen saw her and she even said they were good. Jo has a whole new husband and aint worried about Slade. Gretchen is coming across insecure for no reason

 

I kinda want Katie to burn the house down. If she has to leave then F the pleasantries. Be a real villian and take them all out

Tamra proved tonight why she’s a master at housewives. She’s managed to completely turn naked wasted around on Gretchen to the point that not only Gretchen is making up with her but Jenn too, and she didn’t break a sweat.

And that’s why I love her and will always ride for her being on the show. She truly is one of the best

Agreed on the Jo part. I guess it kinda looks messy at face value, but at the same time, we had Alexis back last year and Gretchen this year, so why not bring an original cast member back too? [Side note: No sign of a Vicki appearance this year?] 

Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing this play out at the reunion. Katie can bring all receipts, texts, tweets, twats, DM's, pigeon carrier notes, whatever. Do it and be done.

Also, I had to laugh at Shannon looking flustered on last night's episode, clearly rattled at seeing Tamra and Gretchen skipping along like besties. You just know she wanted a season-long gang-up on Tamra and now she's the only sour patch kid left. 

Jo coming back isn't such a big deal since past housewives have come back for visits throughout the run of the show.

That said, it's disgusting that Tamra gets away yet again with her vile and ugly behavior.  She's the one that needs to be iced out, not Katie.

It’s really not bc Jo has made sporadic appearances throughout the years. Heck Tamra was bringing her around last season. Gretchen wants to make it about her but Tamra actually is friends with her and has invited her to events on camera in the past

I think she fits right in... in the atmosphere in that movie. I would add in Luanne too and we have a full on horror flick. 😂
