Phaedra has the right to call her every name but the child of God as she doesn't respect her marriage and has had her eyes on Apollo since last season. And butt into Kenya's life? What life? You mean her fake boyfriend? Who flired and texted im with him like she flirted with Apollo? All Kenya has done all season is move into a new house, talk about some boyfriend we have yet to see any proof of, and gone to 2 doctors appointments...what life has she had to butt into?

Kenya pretty much proved Apollo was the aggressor in any type of flirtation. If Phaedra is going to be using her sweet southern language on anybody, it should be Apollo. I don't think Kenya is 100% innocent - there's (sexual) tension there BUT she still wants to be his friend.

But we're not talking about Apollo (who also is wrong btw and I have yet to see any proof where He was the aggressor). We're talking about Kenya and she is out of line by talking to Apollo behind Phaedra's back.

Please stop trying to paint Porsha as a victim. Porsha opened the door and belittled her own marriage, so she shouldn't be surprised when others follow suit. And Porsha and Kenya have tossed low blows for the past two season, so don't say that it's just Kenya. Again, if Kenya's a "bully" then so is Porsha.

And Phaedra has already called Kenya scrambled eggs and shaded Velvet's passing numerous time, but unlike Porsha, Kenya does not make a mockery of her pains and short-comings, thus opening the door (and providing permission) for others to do so.

We're talking about Kenya of RHOA, not her twin sister the invisible Saint Kenya of FairyBoyfriend Land.

Porsha did open the door but Kenya was wrong in Mexico. Kenya did open the door but Porsha was wrong at the reunion.

I watched RHONY for the first time in a long time on Tuesday.

Ramona annoyed me. Her crazy behind was chit stirring with everybody then asked why everybody else was chit stirring with her.

Uhm, a lot of these women seem like casual drunks.

The book chit? WTF?

Kenya diesnt respect her marriage. Neither dies the audience or anyone who watches.

And I agree with you about her life but they still butted into it. How is her fake boyfriend different than phe's sham marriage or nenes extinct acting career? I ain't mad the dug into her. It's a reality show. That's why I watch.

Exactly.

Porscha made her being a beard a storyline and milked it. I'm glad Kenya finally called her out on it and tried to get a straight answer and it set her off.

Umm I know who we're talking about, and no one has said Kenya is a saint, so IDK how you drew that conclusion that I (or anyone) was even implying that. rolleyes.gif

Every person on this board that likes Kenya has acknowledged that she's messy but she own it (unlike her costars).

And in Mexico (and the whole freaking season), Porsha opened the door to allow her marriage to be scrutinized. She tossed Kordell under the bus every chance she got, so she shouldn't be expected for others to be sympathetic about her marriage when she herself has not. That's crazy.

Hell has officially frozen over when me and you are on the same page pertaining housewives. tongue.png

Kenya wasn't even worries about Porsha's marriage. Peter is the one who was talking to Kordell and brought it to Mexico and made it a Topic of discussion. Why wouldn't Kenya ask Porsha if she was really his beard when Porsha spent her first season acting like she was worth more as a woman than Kenya because she had the pitcher perfect marriage and life?

Porsha has told two different narratives about herself and her marriage. One year she was happy and content, the next Kordell was gay and she didn't have any money. Which is it? If we are going to go in on Kenya anout Walter and her "African prince" then Porsha should be held to task about her lies.

Exactly. And let's not act like Kenya was the only one doing it. All the women were questioning Porsha's wedding at one point or another this season. Kenya didn't say anything until Mexico when (as you stated), Peter was grilling, and when Porsha's stupid a** inserted herself into Phaedra and Kenya's quarrel.

Had Porsha stayed in her lane, Kenya would've never came for her this season.

If Porsha was bullied she was bullies by Nene as well. This is a reality show. Sh-t will be said to and about you. There has never been a housewife that was bullied. Not Teresa, not Lisa Vanderpump, and CERTAINLY not Porsha. If she can not handle the fact that her business will be put on blast and discussed by women whom she may not like then she needs to exit stage left because this isn't a show about empowering women at the end of the day. It is about the drama in lives of people of a certain "lifestyle".

I don't think there's much bullying on this shows. There's a lot of shading and out-shading. I do think Kenya and Patricia ganged up on Porsha in Mexico but Kenya and Porsha's overall relationship is not one that I would ever really qualify as bully and victim in general. For most of the season, there was some light shade between the two women (a tiny bit more from Kenya than from Porsha) and an overall improvement in their relationship. There were two very poor moments - Mexico, and the reunion.

It would have been great if they could have actually become certified frenemies. I liked the vibe between the two when Porsha wasn't going along with the group-think (Nene's sleep over debacle) and Kenya simmered down a bit on her Porsha "readings."

    •   1. 11/1/83 cast/set list:

Please register in order to view this content

The "11/2/83" video you posted of Ruth Buzzi's scenes includes Roman and Hope in them, meaning the video you posted is actually 11/1/83, since Roman and Hope aren't in 11/2/83.   2. The video you posted of "11/2/83" has scenes with Roman and Hope. As you can see from my cast/set list, Roman and Hope are not in the 11/2/83 episode (see above note):   4573...11/2/83: Cast: Mickey, Julie, Doug, Maggie, Neil, Don, Marie, Alex, Liz, Andre as Tony, Gwen, Chris, Eugene, Sandy, Letitia, Charlene, Mrs. Whiting, Wanda/Guard, Dave, Delia, Saleslady # 1, Saleslady # 2, Figure in Dark, Raven/animal, Cats/animals, Birds/animals.   2.  11/3/83 :My video collection starts with 11/4/83. so I don't have the 11/1/83 or 11/3/83 video, but in addition to the cast/set list for 11/3/83, here is also the parking clearance call sheet for that day, showing Ruth was not only in the cast/set list but did work that day:     They even had hired the animal trainer and all the animals for the day, so It's sort of a certainty that her scenes were not cut that day, or it would have been a big waste of the budget. 3. As for 11/7/83, I just fast-forwarded through that whole episode myself. Letitia is in it from start to finish. It's her big final episode where she is killed. She starts the episode saying "Eugene, are you there?" In the next act, Marlena shows up and meets Letitia's lion. Later in the episode, Letitia is killed by "Eugene" (the Salem Slasher in a Eugene mask).   So, as we can see from your own post, the 11/2/83 date you have listed on that video is incorrect, since Hope and Roman are in that video but not in the 11/2/83 episode. It seems the dates you have on all your early November 1983 episodes are incorrect.   When you post videos and suggest that my data is incorrect, do you not first compare who is in the scenes and see if that matches who is in the episode? You didn't do that with the "11/2/83" episode, which based on Roman and Hope being in it means that is actually 11/1/83. Best to do something like that first before suggesting my data and research is incorrect.
    • Within the Dupree family, I predict Vernon/Anita will be conflicted about what to do about Bill and his role in the whole Ted/Silk Press Sheila situation... especially since Bill knows where the particular bone about Martin is buried. Dani, Chelsea, and Naomi's reactions to what Bill possibly did isn't hard to guess.. but Hayley's reactions will be interesting to hear.  Especially given her recent pregnancy scare.. she might not be so much on Bill's side, or she'll totally surprise us and be totally on Bill's side.   Either way, I think Martin's secret will be the main focus in May sweeps.. with the fall out of the Eva secret playing out in the background... while the Joey/Vanessa/Doug thing continues to boil/develop.
    • Hotel was The Love Boat on land but a little soapier. I will forever maintain that Hotel was a time slot hit. I don't believe that 1983/84 Hotel was a better show than Knots Landing.

    • The timing is strange, though. How far in advance would they normally be on location? The Achille Lauro hijacking was on October 7, 1985. Nancy had arrived in Egypt in the storyline by October 18. But the character of Hawk, Chris' Native American friend from Arizona, had already appeared onscreen by September and brought a letter telling Chris to be in Egypt by October 25th.  Why did they already have the link to Arizona before the reason to cancel the shoot in Egypt?  The dust and the jar it came in were from Egypt though. Nancy bought it there and sent it to Mac as a gift before she came back to the states and followed Chris to Arizona.
    • Actually that is not what happened. Nor is the timing right for it to have been. We learned from a WOST interview with Pete Lemay  in 2006, which can be found on YT, that it was Fred Silverman's idea to do the 90 minute show. I don't know how much you know about him but he had these amazing successes as head of daytime at both ABC & at CBS. Then he came to NBC where basically everything he touched turned NOT TO GOLD but to shite. Some of the most expensive shows ever produced up to that time were huge flops. Although even he, like a broken clock, could be right on occasion. However, as we know, he was not right about the 90 minute show. As a matter of fact, afterward,  NBC programmers, who worked FOR him, were asked why they did it & they were quoted as saying it was because they couldn't think of anything else to try. It was a stupid idea from a man who had reached the point where he was throwing anything at the wall to see if it would stick.

    • I stopped watching Another World in 1990. Simply, lost interest in the show.  I had watched the show from 1973 to 1990. The 90 minute show started the decline of AW.  NBC panicked with expanding AW due to the GH hoopla. As mentioned above, 1982 was a trainwreck for AW.  The introduction of the Shea family, the movie storyline involving Jamie, and Steve Frame favoring Rachel over Alice. The writers went into that direction due to the forgettable performance of Linda Borgeson.

    • Ive seen that theory thrown out but the one thing against it is that Leslie and her family lived in Chicago. She only came back to DC last year after her husband died. Unless they say Alan made a trip to DC and died while away, she wouldnt know about that. However I do think the angle of her finding out that Martin was involved could work as that gives her leverage against Bill too for covering it up. She'd want to get revenge on him by threatening to have him disbarred
