It's extremely weird and insulting that they didn't ask Dee and Drake back. I'm sure they would've worked for peanuts to pay tribute to Frances. Stupid Corday was probably worried it would turn into "the return of John and Marlena". Damn him.

Thats a great list on characters returning, I would love to see Neil, Liz, Dr. Greg Peters, Susan Martin, Steve Olsen, Sandy, Jessica, Phyllis Anderson return for the farewell as well.

I doubt it. They could've just written her in for the funeral episode(s). Everyone knows it's going to be all about Alice/Frances.

I think he is. His track record speaks for itself. He obviously doesn't respect Dee as the face of Days or he wouldn't have fired her.

If they hadn't fired DH, we probably would have been dealing with the announcement of DAYS' cancellation, and not a renewal.

They had to cut the budget, and the highest paid vets had to go.
