OLTL: Actor put on recurring status

Wow, where IS this Shane hate coming from? It's one thing to hate his parents, but the kid's a good character played by a good actor. But a supporting, recurring character he is, not a contract one.

His actring in the cancer storyline was some of the most laugh out loud camp work I've seen-0-just awful (of course the horrible bald effect thing wasn't his fault)

I think poor Austin Williams is a pretty decent actor for a soap kid. I got no problem with him. That bald cap he rocked during the leukemia storyline, however, is another story. [!@#$%^&*] looked like Balok. I kept waiting for him to offer Rex some tranya.

This kid is an okay child actor. He is better than those horrors who play his parents.

Perhaps, Rex and Gigi could get killed, leaving Shane to be raised by her good friend, Viki?

I don't mind Austin either. I find that annoying little [!@#$%^&*] Jack Manning much more aggravating/annoying/necessary of being bludgeoned. Of course, like most have said, children shouldn't have contracts.

LOL! True! I guess they're setting him up to be the next Todd (oh, dear Jesus, no).

WTF? You don't like Jack?!??!

Oh my God, it's like I've stepped into the Twilight Zone. He is, by far, THE BEST actor under 18 on this show. He's funny and keeps it real. LOVES ME SOME JACK!

No, he is not, on all accounts wrongly mentioned above. He is heinous and insufferable. Just like his father and numerous others on this show. Period. End of story.

Not really, no. It may be the "end of story" for you, but the world does not revolve around you. Plenty of people like Jack. Me included. My liking of Jack totally invalidates your statement, because as long as at least one person likes Jack, your statements are wrong.

The world doesn't revolve around me? What an utterly preposterous statement. We all know that it DOES and will continue to do so until I tire of being completely right at all times, no matter the topic.
