I do think that what Liz has done is worse, simply because there are the kids this time.

However, I really dont think his affair with Sarah should just go unmentioned. Whether or not it was short term, and whether or not there were kids involved then, it was still WRONG and it shouldn't just be forgotten by all, because before Lucky chews her out for doing it, he should think about that day when SHE walked in on HIM with her sister.

It just shows how much GH treats women like [!@#$%^&*]. And the fact that Lucky REPEATEDLY called Liz every mean name in the book, humiliated her in public, etc....He NEVER ripped into Nik like that, when NIK is the one who is supposed to be his BROTHER and BEST FRIEND.

But yet Liz had to be the brunt of all of his venting, and it's just awful.

Lucky can judge Liz because..

1. Hes a man. Shes a women.

Luke is the only one that has a problem with this. Everyone pretty much accepts that Cam is Lucky's kid and it isnt an issue. He loves that boy as if he were his own. I wish GH had had him legally adopt him by now. Makes no sense that it hasnt occurred

Lucky can judge Liz, pronounce sentence, and exact the execution. Lucky is raising her criminal babies while she is out sleeping with his brother. Let Liz call up Zander to raise that little brat. Oh, she can't, he was a drug dealing gangster wannabe who died. So call up Jason. Oh, she can't do that either because he is this brain damaged hit man. How dumb can Lucky be to put up with this nonsense? He should tell her to pack her things, take her brats, and hit the road. Liz should go out and find some more sisters for Lucky in an attempt to make this up to him.

I actually agreed with Helena today, she is sort of doing Lucky a favor by getting Liz into her clutches.

Helena took the words out of my mouth. Lizzard is playing the victim when she is really a little whore in sheeps clothing! Look at how quickly she bounces back once Lucky says he forgives her. Lizzard is now tough, and can lay the blame at Nic's feet. The man was ready to leave town, and she went and brought him back. I have hated Lizzard since the 2nd gangsta baby story, and that will never change. Lucky has been a father 2 both kids, and she goes out and screws everyone but him while he babysits.

Lizzard is no innocent, and I wish the writers would own up to it. The breakdown is a smoke screen. They want to do LL45, but the audience won't root for it if we feel Lizzard is a lying hypocrite whore. So they shill a nervous breakdown to absolve Lizzard. Not buying it, and I'd rather see Lucky with the bottle than with that whore!

I think that Liz's actions are FAR WORSE than that idiotic affair with Lucky and Sarah. I've commented on this in the past, and was glad that the writers FINALLY addressed this on screen - Liz's betrayal cuts deeper not just because of the self-righteous attitudes she has about honesty and fidelity... it cuts deeper because Lucky is a man who has never known family stability and deep craves it.

Liz gives it to him just to steal it away from him again. She does it in the most painful ways possible. It's such a nasty little passive-aggressive move on her part. I think of LL2 as being the same as LL1,but with a role reversal. Liz = Luke and Lucky = Laura.

When she cheated with Jason, I didn't see her as being absolved just because of Lucky's actions. Had she left Lucky and had an OPEN relationship with Jason, that would have been one thing. She didn't. Funny that Cam's safety was supposed to be what kept them apart, before. Yet, the moment she was angry with Lucky, she was in Jason's bed.

Lucky's affair with Maxie was addiction based. She stole the pills he 'needed' to stay high. Does that excuse him? No, it doesn't make his actions any less painful. Lucky's addiction was pills. Maybe Liz's addiction is self pity and drama. It's interesting to me that the writers have her cite concerns about Lucky's 'stability in recovery' as her excuse to keep the news of Jake's paternity from Lucky and then act as if the addiction played little to no role in his affair with Maxie.

More evidence of Liz's cruelty? Carly pointed out that while Liz claimed her paternity lies were all for Lucky's sake, she gave Jake Jason's initials (Jake Martin...) I'd prefer:

1. To have the writers keep Liz away from Lucky.

2. To have them stop with the faux saint syndrome as it relates to liz and write her as the full tilt villainess/schemer she was meant to be. It was how she started out. Let her rock Helena's world and take Nik for all he's worth!

Overall, I agree that it's misogynistic for Liz to bear the brunt of this. Nik deserves to get the worst of it in my book. I don't think the tone is too heavy regarding her, just too light regarding Nik's actions.

Wonderful post! Nic is dead to me. Once you soil a character with Lizzard, you become ff material. And I so agree that Lizzard would be pallatable as a villianess because the "woe is me" makes her unwatchable!
