Members Cheap21
but with Pratt gone, the chances of her continually being used went down. Glad that it wont be the case.
Members SFK
Petey seems like an obvious addition now, right? These things don't happen over night, they must have known that they were going to resign Jill, and do you think they're planning on recasting Petey? DK cracks me up, pin the headroll and grit @Damon around the ten second mark: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yk6TDPgAYOc
Members UKBoi
I feared that as well. Hopefully putting her on contract will guarantee her some airtime. Using Larson on a more regular basis was one of the few things Pratt did right.
Members AddictedToSoaps
Awesome news!! Getting put back on contract is so rare, I hope we'll get to see more of Opal now.
Members All My Shadows
Ah, that's too funny. They need to just ask him to come to LA. Let him stay on recurring for the time being and give him a contract after a few months. There's no reason not to keep him around.
Members Jonathan
After the frequency with which we saw Jill on-screen this year, it was probably cheaper for ABC to put her on contract than to keep paying her a per day rate. Members LoyaltoAMC
True, but they could've dropped her altogether. I'm glad they realize what an asset she is to this show.
Members Jonathan
Yes, absolutely. She's loyal and she stuck through with the show. I'm glad they're realizing her talent and importance.
Members baller
Now that Nelson is actually sourcing everything, I had to laugh at what little he is actually reporting on his own
Members dragonflies
Why the heck did they get rid of Daniel Kennedy then as Petey? Makes NO sense at all. He was even willing to relocate. Nelson you got outscooped, Soaps in Depth had this in their newest issue, so I wonder if he actually got it from them

Members LeClerc
I thought he wanted to stay in New York?
Members LoyaltoAMC
I don't they really ever had plans for Kennedy other than occasional comic relief. They'll probably recast out in LA with some generic, boring fitness model with acting aspirations. "The role of Peter Cortlandt is now being played by Greg Plitt." Members dragonflies
Thanks, I hadn't read that. I know he was upset they just got rid of Petey the way they did. I hadn't realized he was in school I think he was perfect to play the son of Palmer & Opal.
Members All My Shadows
He sourced SID. Not that that would stop him from injecting some sort of "My insiders confirmed what was speculated in Soaps in Depth..." thing.
