Jamanda fall out. Pretty good acting, but still not a bit of sympathy from me for either of these dim bulbs.

Ugh! Tad and Kwak.

Every time Zach and Jesse have scenes together, it reminds me all over again how much I detest Jesse for being Zach's lapdog.

Liza, Bailey, Damon... Don't care.

Everyone got their wish... Trevor isn't David's.

If Amanda is pregnant with David's child now, I'll be happy Trevor isn't his. It'll just go to prove that Jake and Amanda are dumb and dumber.

Tad and Krystal were good today. Loved her dream and this should be fun

Jake and Amanda....fantastic acting from both of their portrayers. Loved it.

David...I have no sympathy for him. Like Maury would say....You are NOT the father!

I actually like Tad/Krystal together.

Jamanda scenes ROCKED! Great acting by CS and RPG!

Today was a trip to the candy store for the fans of wretched couples, wasn't it?

lol...candy store is exactly what Krystal wants to create

David needs to get that piano tuned. Did you hear it when he was plunking out Moonlight Sonata with Trevor on his lap?

But wait, didn't the doctor tell David the other day that his swimmers had issues, so Jake and Amanda are getting all up in arms when she's probably pregnant with Jake's baby anyway? Not that sleeping with David isn't cause for him to be upset...

I thought it was funny when the governess came downstairs after Liza left and was like, "Is everything all right Dr. Hayward? I thought I heard loud voices." Oh, so NOW you come to check on me, way to hide out upstairs while I'm getting stabbed. :P And David sounded so cold when he said, "Bring me my son," get up off your emo ass and go get him yourself if this is such a gut-wrenching emotional moment for you.

Would it be beyond obnoxious for me to point out that wasn't MoonlightSonata?

I like Pratt's device of having him play the piano actually and I liked the little mini montage they had today.

I have to give Chip Hayes kudos for writing a mostly good episode (excepting Zach/Jesse and Bailey/Damon whom I ff'd through).

Jake/Amanda was great because he finally put some of the blame on her instead of all of it on David!

I also liked Tad/Krystal, which is odd because I usually don't. Her candy shop idea sounds much better than ConFusion or the Cumstain anyway.

David's piano montage worked well for me as a way to show his anguish. Imo, it's more realistic for the piano to be out of tune.

Agreed on all fronts. For an episode that featured a lot of stories or characters I don't usually care much about (*coff* Krystal) I found it a pretty solid episode--so I guess Chip deserves credit. If they do build her maltshop thing at least it will be a change from always seeing CONFusion

Jake & Amanda have been so ruined. The char's are awful, the couple is bad, the story is just.... dreadful.

However RPG, CS & VI have been a great acting trio.

Yes it would.

:P

My bad, but wasn't it MS during the montage? I had no problem with him playing piano or the montage by any means, it just struck me lazy/cheap on AMC's part to have an out of tune piano, that's all, but sure, they could have "justified" that "choice" by saying it mirrors David's mental/emotional state or whatever.

All in all, I enjoyed the episode too, that and TG last week were pretty good, a lot more watchable than I've found the show to be in recent weeks. Can't say for certain if that has something to do with the absence of Ryan, but I wouldn't put that past myself.

Agreed, a good thoughtful episode. I don't like Tad and Krystal together; they suck the life out of each other. However, I do like her old fashioned drugstore idea. It is more in keeping with the type of businesses that I think would be in Pine Valley, more so than a place like conFusion.
