So now we're getting a Patty doppelganger?

That's original. Not.

No. No! NOOOOOOOOO!

See, this is the kind of thing I tend to ignore. Except I ignored Y&RWorldTurner's ridiculous spoilers that Colleen would die/drown and Victor would get her heart. No way! And of course I was wrong.

And now...this. This better be fake. Not another one!

What does this mean?

That Psycho-Patty is not the real Patty?

Oh, my head hurts.

Please, no!

I don't know who this is. There is this woman that said "Oh no. Patty, you didn't!" It airs tomorrow on CBS.

Hey guys maybe they should have Victoria and Heather both get pregnant at the exact same time and then have Colleen's doppelganger switch the babies? You know, just because recycling stories that happened a few months ago feels so good for the writers.

Yawn.

Well, I can't deny I already thought of that baby switch. But even I wouldn't advocate for that one!:lol:

Why did Adam switch the babies? Was it simply to cover his ass?

Sure. They (meaning the writers) wanted us to see how noble Adam is by providing a baby for poor Ashley (never mind the fact that he caused her to lose her child and then stole another from Sharon). I hate it that MAB has a hard-on for Muhney.

That's what I was wondering. Was it just to cover his ass or are we supposed to believe he's trying to make things up to Ashley? It's not clear to me, so I was wondering if I missed something.

I think it's probably deliberately ambiguous, but there does seem to be an undertone that we're supposed to appreciate his great sacrifice for Ashley. Never mind that what he's done will, in the long run, hurt her more than anything imaginable.

Wow. Talk about compounding your mistakes. This may actually be the most destructive thing he's done to both Victor and Ashley. Then you add Sharon and Nick to the mix, one would almost think it's part of his evil plan.

I almost wish it were just an evil plan but I think they somehow want us to pity him.

Yeah, I know this isn't supposed to be part of the plan. It would be diabolical though if Adam let Ashley and Victor have this baby for two years and then pull the rug out from under them. That would send Ashley to the nut house for sure. I'm actually glad they aren't going to do that though.

I was referring to this particular spoiler in last week's thread when I said I heard a Passions-esque spoiler about how they plan to keep Stacey Haiduk on the show,

emphasis on Stacey, and not Patty.

Yeah, so much for the show getting better in the Fall and in Winter.

I don't care if I'm compulsively saying it, but Maria Arena Bell, Hogan Sheffer, Scott Hamner, and Paul Rauch are toxic to this show and things won't improve unless they're replaced.

It's always going to be absurd, stupid, repetitive, boring, cliche, and nonsensical crap like this to them.

And get this,

Patty's doppelganger will be romantically invovled with Jack. You'd think he'd have second thoughts about getting invovled with someone who looks like that.

Yep. And surprise-surprise, it's Stacy Haiduk but with her normal colored hair. Guess they found a way to keep her if they decide to kill off Patty.

I heard....

Patty is going off to a mental institution and that Stacy's new character will be some type of psychiatrist. Don't know if the details are exactly true, but it's something of that nature.

Okay, I already see where this is going.

1. Future switcheroo, where Patty is on the loose and her therapist is behind bars. Eventually Patty is killed.

2. Toward the end of Patty's insane run, she'll meet up with Sugar, played by Kimberlin Brown. And the legend continues...

SON is bad for my blood pressure!
