She was running an escort service, and I think some of her clients were victims of Ben Reade (when he was a serial killer ) and she was revealed to be Gus' sister.

Anyways, how did she exit? I really don't remember much about that.

The same night that she, Harley, and Jeffrey told Gus what happened, Eden went to meet Danny Santos at an old warehouse where he implemented the plan. With Eden in the back of the warehouse, Danny detonated a bomb and then took a picture of her supposedly broken remains. After Danny left, Eden was rushed out of the building and in front of the police, including Chief Frank Cooper, declared dead. However, unbeknownst to all of Springfield, except Harley, Gus, Jeffrey, and Danny, Eden was alive and well. Although Eden wanted to see Bill one last time to say goodbye, Jeffrey finally convinced her that for her safety, as well as Bill's, he couldn't know. Unfortunately, the day Eden was leaving the safe house, she and Bill came face to face! Although Bill pleaded with her to stay and fight Salerno, that was impossible; the only way Eden would be safe was to disappear forever. Though Bill offered to leave with her, Eden couldn't let him sacrifice his life in Springfield and, in an effort to drive him away, she cruelly confessed her affair with Tony and told him that she wasn't the decent girl she pretended to be; that she liked being bad and she'd only hurt him in the end. Recognizing that she was purposely driving him away, an angry Bill branded her as a selfish coward for being unwilling to fight for them and declared that she wasdead to him. With Bill gone, a devastated Eden left Springfield and Gus, forever, to begin a brand new life.

Daniel Cosgrove was the source of the bare bottom sex scandal in 2004?

I don't remember it being a scandal when it happened with Cosgrove, as this happened around the same time with Mark Collier at ATWT, didn't it? They were trying to push the envelope, before Janet Jackson's nipple caused the usual nanny staters to step in.

What I loved about GL and what made me have such high standards for the show (which often meant I would probably not give some stories a fair shake) is that GL had such wonderfully complex characters, few people were saints or sinners. Seeing them played off against each other was riveting, and often the characters I had the most problems with were the people who were constantly billed as being above everyone else and being so perfect.

Back when ATWT and GL were the main soaps I watched, before ATWT went on all their purges, I used to feel like ATWT had my heart and GL had my head. Yet there were so many wonderful characters on GL who meant so much and I still miss them. It tells you how strong some of those characters were that they survived so many huge changes in tone and structure, because I'm not sure if any soap had as many wild changes in tone, theme, and structure as GL did. Just look at poor Trish Lewis suddenly forced to have hair piled up to Jesus and big fur coats once the Lewises descended on Springfield.

Does anyone why they got Bradley Cole back to play Jefferey?

Was there some sort of fan outrage of them killing Richard, so they decided to bring the actor back in a different role since Richard's heart was given to Rick?

There was a rumor that Mary Alice Dwyer Dobbin was crazy over Bradley Cole. I think that's why they brought him back. I'm sure some fans were sad to see Richard go but I don't think there was a lot of anger over his exit.

I was reading an article a little while ago where David Kreizman basically put killing off Richard in the same category as killing off Maureen. He seems to think they were equally big mistakes
