Members Contessa Donatella
Loved her as Greenlee but she was never Michelle to me & I cannot imagine her now as Taylor on B&B. Also loved her on the brief ice skating version of Dancing with the Stars.
Members cassadine1991
I wonder why they never asked Kimberley Simms back after 1997?
Members VelekaCarruthers Posted yesterday at 12:22 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 12:22 AM Before I posted I searched YOUTUBE and found a Nov 89 episode that include Ryder but he probably was ineligible for the 89 awards because he was on staff less than 8 weeks by year end (89).
Members Gatecrashers Posted yesterday at 01:01 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 01:01 AM Bill and Lizzie had a child, which was mentioned in the finale, and Dinah miscarried earlier.
Members P.J. Posted yesterday at 01:14 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 01:14 AM Yes, but the child wasn't born onscreen. Although I do think they say it's a boy. Dinah had at least two miscarriages through the years. One would have been biologically Vanessa and Ross' grandchild. The other (that I recall) was actually Cassie and Edmund's child and no relation to Vanessa. Bill adopted Olivia's daughter Emma, but that was annulled, and the child Bill thought he had with Ava Peralta was Remy Boudreaux's son. The weird (and by that I mean soap opera incestuous) thing is, Bill and Lizzie's child was Vanessa's grandchild and Ross' great-great nephew (or niece).
Members Contessa Donatella Posted yesterday at 01:17 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 01:17 AM Okay, there was Francesca from Frank & Natalia, an infant. The only other child I can recall at the end was Sarah, a toddler. Max was the baby that didn't make it & he had a nice tribute marker outside the mansion, on the side, but he was Ava's, wasn't he, not Dinah's? Who am I not thinking of? And, if I've just tangled this up beyond belief, sorry. Hope not. Oh, wait, Sarah is Jonathan's & Lizzie's right? But, Bill & Lizzie are together at the end & she & Jon are co-parenting. If I'm correct Sarah could only be Vanessa's as chosen family, not blood kin. Okay, see my post just below here, but I am now totally confused. I wonder why Nancy Curlee Demorest never came back!! Actually, that's a bald-faced lie. I know why I just want a chance to be upset about it. Again. More.
Members Gatecrashers Posted yesterday at 02:06 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 02:06 AM I thought he would have been great with Hillary Bauer, his "Nightingale." I never bought him with Claire and I couldn't see Hills with Jim. Jim and Claire could go back to the lab and be boring together.
Members P.J. Posted yesterday at 02:18 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 02:18 AM I just remarked that it was strange Vanessa had no onscreen grandchild, when she'd been on the show forever at that point. And because she's not on the last episode, we don't see her get to anticipate it either. Billy ---Susan, (Bill's unborn child) Reva---Susan, Sarah and Henry (who Shayne had just discovered) Josh---Henry Ed--Jude, Leah, Robbie, Hope Buzz--Susan, Zach, Jude, Marina, Francesca Holly--Kevin, Jason, Clarissa Roger---Kevin, Jason, Clarissa, RJ and Peter Lillian--Lizzie, James, Peyton Alan--Lizzie, James, Zach, Emma, and a great grandchild (Lizzie and Bill's) Ross---none Vanessa--Bill's unborn child
Members chrisml Posted yesterday at 02:58 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 02:58 AM I like Hillary Edson, but never cared for the character of Eve and I didn't like how desperate they made Mindy towards the end. They tried to redeem Eve by giving her a tragic backstory, but it felt too forced. Another example of JFP hiring a performer and not having plans for the character. Edson at least got an emmy nomination and didn't suffer as much as Walker did.
Members DRW50 Posted yesterday at 04:19 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 04:19 AM I'm so confused with Eve's backstory as I wasn't sure if they revealed all of that before she went nuts. I liked Eve. I thought Edson was very interesting to watch and more compelling than many of the women in her age range on the canvas at the time. The Eve/Ed pairing was clearly because both characters were at a loose end, but it worked for me at the time. I did not enjoy Edson at all on AW, although that's partly down to bad writing.
Members alwaysAMC Posted yesterday at 04:21 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 04:21 AM (edited) Making my way through mid-April '95. We're at the 5th Street Ball, which is this outdoor Christmas Carol-looking party, where everyone is wearing period piece outfits. I always enjoy a large party that brings all characters and their storylines together. Although they're bidding the girls off for money and Fletcher, being the whiney a$$ he is, refuses to go, but can see it all happening from his home (or wherever he is), and he bids on Holly by yelling from the rooftop, just so Roger won't win. LOL - so cringe. Eww and he's now professing his love and doing this soliloquy from the rooftop to the whole party about how much he loves Holly. LOL I can't. I feel so bad for Lucy right now, and the actress is doing such a great job with the material. She just confided to Bridgett about her date and how Brent went too far, but denied being raped. Bridgett doesn't fully believe the story and is really giving Brent the stink eye. Lucy reminds me of Rachel McAdams (the actress). I can't believe Ross is willing to mortgage his house to save Dinah and her $50K credit card debts to this scary dude. I'm very team Blake right now. Speaking of Dinah - I just googled and it's the same actress as the Governor on Yellowstone! (I love Yellowstone too). So wild seeing her 30 years later. That's what happens when you start watching a 90s show, you think they'll look the same today but it's 30 years later haha - so wild. Members Contessa Donatella Posted yesterday at 05:06 AM Members Share Posted yesterday at 05:06 AM I agree with this 99.5%!!!I actually thought the actress took bad material & played it rather deftly.

Members Contessa Donatella Posted yesterday at 02:34 PM Members Share Posted yesterday at 02:34 PM Beth C reminds me of Laura Wright, both are cheerleaders for themselves, their whole show & most of the other people in the show, as well as being really nice people IRL & much more than just competent as actresses. Everyone should see her in the L&O:SVU she did with Treat Williams.
