Well, here's one way: We've been assuming this child was conceived during the "island" storyline. What's to say she wasn't conceived BEFORE that time? When Tea first departed Llanview, she left town with Todd in the early part of 2000. Later that year, Todd returned to Llanview, citing that they'd broken up. At this rate, the daughter would still be SORAS'd for sure (like pretty much every other character on soaps)... but at least she would be older than Jack in the time-line. Maybe she'll be a love interest for Matthew (because, let's face it, Destiny "where's-my-cue-card" Evans isn't working out), and maybe we'll even get to see her slap down that little whore, Becca...
