I don't like this rendition of Colleen either, but they don't need to kill these characters that are not working. They just need to write her off, have her go to NYC to be with her mother and continue her education so that they can bring her back recasted as an educated career woman in her late 20s in a couple years.

I still feel bad (and always will) for Stacy Haiduk getting wasted yet again. First AMC cuts her like that and now the same thing happens on Y&R. And what for? Shock, shock, shock.

Oh god, there's spumours that Nikki's return story will be a copy of Victor's story with Hope.

They're saying a farmer will nurse Nikki back to heath and she'll fall in love with him, she'll forget most of her memouries, she'll go back to Genoa City, and that the farmer will turn out to be Katherine's son.

I hope to god this is fake, and if it's true, it shows how much Maria and her band of hacks are so uncreative and use "history" for all the wrong reasons.

Okay, so I'm surmising that Patty will end up with Sharon's baby. She'll be at Canyon's Edge, and Jack and Paul will have to talk her back from the edge, for the well being of the child.

The question is whether Haiduk will then fall off the cliff, or whether they will write a redemption? With a canyon remote, it seems more likely that Haiduk's Patty is going to go the way of Drucilla...for now, at least.

Still...making lemonade...an actual canyon remote seems a LOT more worthwhile than that CGI-death Dru got.

Patty Jane should be sent to prison or a nuthouse, off screen. She's created too many crimes for such a short period of time back. She's nonredeemable, and since they love rushing stuff, she won't get the redemption she needs.

I hope you're right. This writing regime has shown just how much they hate paring down, and how they'll keep characters on who are long last their expiration date and do nothing substantial with them.

Still...making lemonade...an actual canyon remote seems a LOT more worthwhile than that CGI-death Dru got.

Do not diss daytime CGI like that. CGI looks fake, but it's an aesthetically beautiful kind of fake.
