We see how well that new black character stuff worked with Tyra.

When Rauch joins a show, watch the black characters go.

Should I have use the word recast Niel, Devon, & Olivia but all of them would be put on recurring.

They probably want to replace the Winters for unknown black actors & actress & trot them out when people cry that there isn't one black person on this show. They'll tell us that CKLily is a black character. Then the anounce so and so are now playing Niel Winters, Devon, & Olivia. They have a victim storyline for CKLily again. Have the new replacements supporting CKLily in one of many of her crisis. Just to prove two points that Lily is part of a black family & Lily is a black character. Then they'll send the replacements back in the corner so CKLily can interact with the rest of the white cast.

Exactly.

Were any of you watching the Jerry Lewis telethon for MDA? Terry Fader, who is a ventriloquist, did a brief show, and the puppet he used to sing "Give Me One Reason to Stay Here" looked SO much like Brenda Dickson. Did any of you see that?

Yep. Same with Phelps.

Now... I have to say, I thoroughly disagree with those who felt Doug Davidson over-acted during the Patty Jane reveal. I thought he was great playing a man hwo had reached his breaking point. Now... if you want to see over-acting.... I give you EXHIBIT A:

For crap sake. With the crossover of Deacon, the idiotic Amber/Deacon,

the hideous Daniel goings on, Gloria and what's his face, Asshley's 17

month pregnancy, this show has just gone over the edge. And now this

stupid ass Adam thing. And now Assley and her baby. What the hell

happened to this show??

Wow. I love TLW but there's no excuse for that.

Here it is. I know it's not a 100% match, Brenda is prettier, I just thought if they were going to make a puppet out of the camp version of Brenda, this might be her.

Yep. They could be related.

F!ck, the last posts in here were about Brenda Dickson and the lookalike Terry Fader puppet! It's only fitting that Brenda had the last word for the past month.

I think in terms of hopeful fans having enough of the show, a big turning point was Phillip's return. I still remember how excited a lot of people here were about the long term possibilities, only for the entire storyline to be belched out within a few weeks, and barely acknowledged afterwards. What kind of a show brings a character back from the dead after 20 years and treats it as an afterthought?

Yep, I somehow survived through April-July 2009, but after that I was DONE!

This show is like one gigantic minefield. Wherever you step, an explosion hits you. Meaning, if you consider this story, you'll be like "WTF?!" If you consider this other one, again -.
