Michael Lowry, best known for playing Dr. Jake Martin on ALL MY CHILDREN from 1997-2000, has been cast in a recurring role on ONE LIFE TO LIVE. The ABC soap would only say he'll play a "character from the past." No first airdate yet. Lowry's other soap credits include Les on AS THE WORLD TURNS from 2004-2005 and Dr. Hillman on BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL in 2006.

    I don't remember Michael Lowry being a good actor, but he's very good at smirking and at looking bored, so I can see where Tea would be drawn to him.

    I thought that Michael Lowry Acts Pretty Good and I Like His Acting. Michael Lowry Never Smirked when he was Jake Martin on All My Children. David Hayward Smirks and Todd Manning Smirks, but Michael Lowry Never Smirked. Jody
