Lmao. Those Y&Rfan days were nothing compared to the last few weeks on the board though.

Well I don't get so involved because those certain people are determined that the show is completely screwed and that there's no hope. From what I've seen in my catching-up marathon, the show hasn't been bad during the last few weeks. After all the bad talk I prepared myself for the worst, and the end result was much better. It has the same weaknesses it had a year ago and it doesn't bother me because I've gotten used to not seeing either the Winters family or having several characters backburned. It's their choice not to write for the character. I do, however, find it stupid to keep some of the characters, pay the actors and do nothing with them.

I'm so thankful that I don't have to depend on CBS or any television to catch up with my episodes.

Ditto. I no longer have cable, so I either wait until CBS.com puts it up, or I'll wait until the weekend and watch the full week's worth on my laptop.

Here's what i don't understand - why do Y&R advocates insist we all watch the live air show? If we are not a nielson family, why does it count? I think my watch on DVR (I usually watch the same day when i get home) counts more cause DVR's track what we're watching.

I was about to post that same idea. I always like the Paul/Nina scenes because of their history and friendship and I'm glad he's helping her.

I never really liked Chris and Paul, but I could take Chris vs Nina

Christine and Paul were amazingly boring to me. Isabella saved their final story together..

Lily has really become more annoying (if that was humanly possible) and in a complete shallow moment, the bangs don't help either. I will say, Cane with an edge I am enjoying a lot more--floved the blood vile moment. That was classic!

Julia... I don't think Jill is being dumbed down in regards to Victor. In the history of this show, there have been about 3 people who aren't afraid of Victor... Katherine, Jill, and Lorie. Jill is fearless... but I don't think she's dumb, which is why I didn't like the cayaman islands thing.

^^^^^The good old days when characters were better defined and had an apaprently personality and motivation.

Jill is currently being played for laughs, so I hardly see that Jill anymore.

Thank god Victoria took that picture of Sabrina with her. I got so sick of seeing her everytime they showed Victor's house. Considering Victoria never gets any airtime, I dont think we have to worry about ever seeing that picture again.

Can this stupid quad ever get a storyline that doesnt involve them going to court or trying to avoid the police?
