No, I didn't mean it that way! But I can totally see how it turned to be interpreted like that!

A cell phone call would be perhaps the most instantaneous way: I mean, if I just got the info about my nom, I would speed dial her and chat with her about it. An email, too can be seen the moment it's sent, but it's just that in case of a nom talk, I would prefer to talk, live voice... Both of them have Blackberries so they migh've exchanged them that way.

Not to say anything about family lunches and all...

This is indeed Rhonda Friedman and on the right there is senior producer Ron Waever.
