A trio of ladies are set to shake things up in Genoa City come May -- and from the return of old favorites like Tricia Cast and Camryn Grimes, to new faces like Della Reese, we can't wait to see how these castings play out. Read on for details!

After seven years away from GC, Nina Webster is returning for the second time in six months, starting May 1st. She was last seen in town for Kay's "funeral," where she revealed that she was still (unsuccessfully) writing screenplays (aren't we all?) and worrying about son Phillip in Iraq. What could beckon her back so soon? Kay's getting married to Murphy!

Also returning soon? Camryn Grimes as the ghost of Cassie (Sharon's dead daughter). Guess Sharon will be picking up Kevin's crazy hallucinations torch and running with it -- on May 6th. Spooky! And sad.

Finally, "Touched by an Angel" star Della Reese will be on starting May 18th as Neil's Aunt Virgina. Here's hoping she can help him sort out the Tyra/Karen/Ana mess he's gotten himself into.

Della Reese? That is quite surprising news, I never thought I'd see her on a soap. It's about time they expanded on Neil's family a bit, other than Malcolm, his family ties have been non-existent.

Can't wait for Tricia and Delta. But blah to Cassie....I hate ghost stories. It's just to prop/bring back together Sharon and Nick.

Is it just me, or is anyone else afraid Roma Downey will show up, too? "God loves you, Neil, and he'll still love you when you tell Tyra the truth!"

I thought the last ghost episode she was in was very moving.

What a waste of Della Reese. Why does she have to be Neil's aunt? Can't she be a glamorous friend of Kay's or Jill's? Putting her in that story is automatic fail.

Wasn't she on OLTL 20 years ago? I can see Frons bringing her back for a big TbaA network face-off.

She was on OLTL, she played a character named Lady Joanna Leighton.

Since when does Neil have an aunt??

His background has never been explored.when Malcolm showed up,they were very vague about family.

As much as it will be interesting to see Della,I'd rather see Mamie.

I'd rather see Mamie as well. I'm not sure that Neil's background needs to be explored since he's such a boring character unless they were to bring back Malcolm.

"God's gonna get you Neil!"
