GH: "What if B.J. hadn't died?"

Why does so & so have to be in the dream or not in the dream? It's Maxie's dream, and dream's are crazy and most don't make any sense. Everybody's dream would be completely different with different people in them. But yes I agree that Guza writes -result oriented- stuff.

So Mac/Felicia/Robin were VERY close at the time of the BJ/Maxie story, and would have all been personally affected by this if things went south for Maxie. I'm not sure how it relates to Robin losing Stone and how it would have been a different outcome, unless all the back-to-back loss of Robert/Anna/Maxie/Stone was just too much for Robin so she never opened up again.

Yeah, but Mac didn't have anywhere close to the connection to the girls that he has now. He certainly didn't feel like their father figure the way he does after raising them. If he didn't become an alcoholic when Georgie, the girl he's RAISED through childhood, teenage years, into adulthood was MURDERED, I don't understand why he would become an alcoholic when little Maxie died. Mac and Felicia were fated to end anyway at that point, with or without Maxie's death.

And I can't believe I'm even debating this, because this whole "What If" scenario isn't even worth it. It's a one-shot episode that just continues the ABC trend of taking popular stories from the past and slapping me across the face with them. How about they come up with some NEW legacy stories that we talk about for decades to come, as opposed to messing with the past. Create NEW memories, not beat us over the head with old ones, sacrificing any and all integrity in the process.

Sorry, DES... it's not you. I swear. LOL!

LOL! It's okay, no worries.

And you're right... it is kinda pointless debating an episode we know is going to be twisted garbage regardless of how they decide to write it.

It really amazes me how much Guza coasts on "resonance" of the last heartfelt storylines that GH ever did, more than 10 years ago, BEFORE he was even head writer. Wish we could get a new heartfelt story.

Spinelli is love

JC is overrated, and Matt is dull as dishwaster, just hook him up with Spam or kill him off

Yeah spixie is the best thing about GH. Maxie and Matt would be bland and souless.

Maybe this will start a whole new set of "What if" episodes of GH like the Marvel comic book. Like "What if Laura chose Scott!" "What if Sonny never joined the mob!"

What if Guza wasn't writing GH?

What if Brian Frons wasn't the head of ABC daytime?

Just for one day I would love to see what the ABC soaps looked like if these hacks were not in charge.

OMFG I didn't want to believe this at first, but my god. Guza must be incredibly desperate. He's been trying to recapture the magic of this storyline and others from GH's past so many times.

ICAM!

He can take is bad acting and shove it back up DOOL's ass.

They're doing this without BOBBIE oer FELICIA!?

Without Robin Richards who would have at least played the part long enough to give this dream episode a meaning!?

Seriously!?

I LOVE IT! You should send that to ABC and let them use the idea with your blessing LOL

Next: What if Stone never died of HIV/AIDS.

Robin would cheat on him with Patrick, and become an adulteress. And Stone would probably end up dead anyway. Because... you know... he's one of the good guys.
