January 6, 200917 yr Member Is KWAK really even needed on the show anymore? I mean, I know she is there to remind us what a saint her darling Babe was and how the Carey women are just selfless, down-home, honest folk. However, whenever I see her, all I can think of are the words "baby-napping" and "skank." It would be fun if they had little Katie twisting the head off her Kwak Doll © and plotting evil things on her stepmom but as it is, I don't think I'd miss the shark-eyed, hard-faced drama queen if she left tomorrow.

January 7, 200917 yr Member Jake should never have been brought back to PV. I detest the character and his running of the mouth at David thinking he's so much better. Same goes for JR. and anyone else in PV who thinks they are better than David! David's not evil he's just misunderstood!

On the contrary, I'm quite enjoying the fall-out from Babe's death and how Krystal's life has basically become a trainwreck because of it. We're getting actual FALL OUT.

That's true. As opposed to when Dixie died and all Josh and JR said was "It could've been Babe!" I mean, really?
January 8, 200917 yr Member I know. It was to the point that I would roll my eyes whenever a major "death" would strike a soap town. They became jokes, and the writers obviously didn't care enough to invest in any kind of fallout. Watching the show these days, I have been quite enjoying how downright PITIFUL the lives of JR and Krystal have become. Her death has clearly f.ked up their lives. Watching the show these days, I have been quite enjoying how downright PITIFUL the lives of JR and Krystal have become. Her death has clearly f.ked up their lives. It's sad, though, really. Dixie's death by pancakes had less of an impact on him than this. Instead, JR was villified for blackmailing Babe with the truth about the paternity of Krystal's baby.
