Members dragonflies
I agree Dan! Nelson sounds like he's copying what Daytime Confidential was reporting not too long ago. They said ABC had to RENEW the show. Uhm yeah they OWN it, they don't have to renew it, they'd just cancel and be done with it. Besides I'd rather see AMC cancelled than continued to be hacked to death by hack writers. Let it die with some semblance of dignity
Members alexisfan07
Poor AMC Die Greenlee, DIE! Carmen, NO! Don't leave. I was looking forward to her and Tad. Now who are they gonna hook him up with? I don't see Jake and Dr. Sinclair having chemistry at all. Just stick her with Ryan and be done with it and pack up Brot's bags so we can have Jake and Taylor if only to please ABC.
Members Ryan Chamberlain
AMC almost cancelled and GHNS actually was cancelled...All I have to say to that is Brian Frons really is a piece of s.hit. *'cus my french*
Members miajere
There's no such thing as almost canceled. They either want you or they don't. I have no doubt in my mind they're waiting for NBC to the first to go "soapless" but I don't think they have any plans on moving DOOL to ABC. They're probably just having difficulties finding their next host for another morning show.

Members marceline
AMC is ground zero for rumors these days, isn't it? New studio, near cancellation, it sounds like somebody behind the scenes is having fun jerking people around.

Members Carolyn1980
I don't believe for a second ABC was about to cancel AMC. I also question Branco's veracity on many issues. He recently said Robin Christopher had been asked to reprise her role as Skye for Myrtle's memorial episode, but I don't believe that either. I think his sources, likely one or two actors/actresses from each show, just repeat rumors to him they themselves have heard, whether or not they've been verified. Members marceline
Can you tell me where you heard this? I've seen this mentioned before but I can't find anything about it and I'd be really interested in finding out more.
Members dragonflies
Either way ABC isn't gonna pick up Days, no matter what. They can't afford it, and with budget cuts, they'd really be saying FU by asking their actors to take paycuts, yet picking up a show that costs quite a bundle to air? Yeah don't think so
Members Cheap21
Isnt Days in worse shape than both AMC and OLTL? Isnt it like a creative mess over there with the show losing direction both off and onscreen.
Members dragonflies
IMO it is Cheap. Days isn't worth the money a network would have to invest in it
Members NYC123
I don't think ABC was going to cancel AMC. If he did why did he bring his buddy Pratt over to AMC?
