David Tom might be the slightly better actor; but visually I much rather buy him for the child of fierceness personified, Jill Foster Abbott, and John Abbott. Billy Miller and Peter Bergman are as much brothers as are Greg Rikaart and CLB.

Therefore I'm thrilled by Billy Miller and will for once say that in this case he's better to look at than David Tom and therfore my Billy of choice. LOL!

Snoretoria and BoreMeToTears are still alive? Who cares!? :P

As for MTS: Even as a "reformed" Nikki/MTS (ONLY acting-wise though, still hate that b*tch) supporter, I find her off-screen and on-screen wardrobe very hookerish.

Still waiting for much more Nikki & Paul though - that's a romance I want to see. Skip the Winters & Baldwin dramas...

If one can believe the rumors, they may not have been investing much in Paul because they didn't know how long he'd be around. Having decided, I presume, that he will be around--they can then invest in his story more.

I LOVED the Jack and Gloria scenes today. Both of them are such compulsive liars, and it's nice to see Gloria so stressed and burnt out. LOL!

Eileen Davidson looked great today. She's very stunning when her hair is straightened out.

I also LOVED those Jill and Ashley scenes at Jabot. Lot's of bitchy tension. The dialogue was fierce.

The Katherine and Murphy scenes were sweet. I really like their dynamic. Murphy's world of going to be tuned upside down when he learns that it was Marge who died.

That ring Katherine pawned is a story onto itself. We know Katherine left it to Nikki in her will, and Nikki reported it stolen and there's an investigation opened on it. I wonder where this is going to lead.

The Heather and Adam scenes were really good too.

Very good episode overall, and tomorrow looks great as well. Can't wait to see Ashley berate Gloria in prison. LOL!

The same person that shook up other actresses to start acting again probably took a shot at Vail and look at the results... ;)

Also, I know this was said many times, but Vanessa Marano is just way better than Sanders. Can you image what we would have to endure if Sanders continued playing the role during the recent scenes?

I also thought this.

I'm thinking more of a "who SHOT Gloria" storyline. Not only might we get a primo whodunit (I'm worried though...Scott Hamner is still there...), but it could (if it sufficiently devastates Gloria's life) be the start of a humility-and-redemption storyline for her.

I only hope Jeff is the perpetrator, and leaves our blessed Genoa City FOREVER, preferably in the manner akin to his brother.

Jeff and Gloria should both be gone. She gets killed, Jeff kills her and gets sent to prison.

Honestly I wouldn't care if they wrote out Kevin/Jana too... they are pointless. Then the project of Michael Baldwin's extened family can be put to rest....Kevin is Glo's little lapdog anyway. Once she is gone what is left for him? If we do get a Glo murder mystery how much do we want to bet Jack gets accused and possibly framed for it?

Once again, I have to talk about how well produced this show is again. The intense old-school scores are great, and some of the newer scores are great and in the classical tradition.

Also, the transitions between scenes is effortless. The production values are just top notch. The directing is also really good and has gotten much tighter since Rauch arrived. Also, little things like wardrobe, hair, and make-up have all vastly improved. It's all very noticeable for a year and even 6 months ago. Latham and Griffith tried to make this show look like an ABC soap (cheap-looking as hell), not the lush and advanced aesthetic masterpiece it's supposed to look like and looks like right now. This show looks BEAUTIFUL on HDTV!

    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!
