There is no way to stop this. The Dems are the minority and there is no filibuster. The ONLY thing that may be possible is, if Dems do ever get a majority, they CAN increase court size. I am glad we are getting the nominee in a week as it's obvious that he is probably going to pick Kavanaugh, or another far right activist white guy. Throwing in a few women and minorities feels more like lip service than ever with someone like Trump. I saw that Ben Shapiro was freaking out about Kavanaugh not being the right kind of conservative until various people of his ilk stepped in to reassure him.
