I am near DC in NOVA but didn't march today but the turnout was apparently really really high.  In New York I have friends that marched and she and her friends had the best signs...I don't know if it was a common/marketing/spread around thing but one in her group had a sign that was huge and said, "We're Gonna Hit Trump in his Putin!"

I thought it was FABULOUS!  LOLLLLL.  She's a pageant girl from Virginia now living in NYC!  :-)

Yeah, I'm not going to spare any thoughts for the neo Nazis, nor the Dylann Roofs of this world. I'd rather reserve my feeling for the elderly woman and the disabled man who were pepper-sprayed by police for protesting yesterday.

That's not hypocritical, that's called being human and not being a fool. I'm not going to align myself, by wasting emotion in anyway with anyone who refuses to recognize my humanity.

Cannot abide people who come especially to try to shame people for not grieving over a neo Nazi being punched yet were totally absent when we all discussed a church full of dead people at Bible study.

So you're not even from here? Why is it always the clueless guys from overseas who love to preach about the magic of America's bigoted, homicidal right wing? Is it like a tourist thing for you? Do you think there's Dixieland parades?

Like I said, no real arguments. Any white person who doesn't agree with the socialist and liberal agenda is a nazi, racist, bigot. So predictable.

Of course, gotta love the censorship when someone doesn't agree with you.

Keep living in that bubble. It's your way or no way.

    • They're neither great nor terrible AFAIK, but it is more a question of the streaming numbers in this day and age vs. actual TV airings. The Chibnall era reminded me much more of the crisis years, but I do think it's a very real possibility now as well due to the streaming bubble collapse affecting the show and its prospects.
    • ANYTHING to get her off the screen..she COULD have been interesting if she and Van had a few face offs..(there was a mild one of her going back to work...but I wanted something meatier "Bitch, I am Vanessa Chamberlain and I don't take advice from someone who followed the..career path you did!" I did like Alex's outright disdain for her.
    • Thanks @Vee for the commentary.    I haven’t even watched this season yet after  I couldn’t get past the couple episodes last season…like it was too Disneyified for my taste, although I did think it was a least better than the Chibnall era (but so is a lot of things). I’ll probably go back and binge it now. Hoping this season ends on a high note. I did read the ratings are terrible. As it stands I’m beginning to feel like what long time DW fans felt with S26 in 1989.
    • Yes, they are all on contract. Next.
    • I also never understood Alex's friendship with Sonni or keeping the secret of Marah's paternity.  Not exactly heartbroken about Ms. Sally being ushered to the Hereafter.

I'm sorry but I'm a glutton for punishment. Would love to see this woman OWNING the canvas. Telling off Leslie who tells her she's the head b!tch.
    • And in case anyone is confused; Rusty was hired by HB to work undercover and infiltrate some gang sabotaging Lewis.

    • The Dallas finale was the highest-rated episode since October 9, 1987 (Gone with the Wind). Prior to the finale, the last Dallas episode to finish ahead of a new episode of Murder, She Wrote was October 23, 1987 (Tough Love). Prior to the finale, the last Dallas episode to finish ahead of a new episode of The Cosby Show was February 22, 1985 (Shattered Dreams).
