I think the overall Katherine storyline will be dragged out for a while. We still don't know what Katherine's problems regarding her memoury lapses are. Also, how will CI and Jabot function without her, and what will she do when she gets back?

Where does this affair idea become Nick's? Did I miss a piece of dialogue where he declared his undying love for Sharon and asked her to come to bed with him? Did he have his hand up her skirt while kissing her? It looked to me like they were caught up in a moment, had a kiss, and Sharon stood up for herself and told him flat out she will not be the other woman. That line was one of the few in this characters history that actually gave me a little morsel of respect for her.

Rhythmchyc, some of your Katherine questions will be addressed tomorrow, in what I thought was a very clever method of storytelling, but I won't spoil it for you.

As for the will, I wonder if Gloria somehow managed to worm her way in to Jabot, or if Katherine gave it to Nikki. CI itself isn't as important as it has been a non-entity. Was that court order giving both Kay and Jill half the estate, overturned, or could Kay give Esther her half and force her and Jill to be roommates? Or will Esther or Jill have to go live with Chloe and Cane. This should be interesting.

I think like alot of Phyllis bashers, some can not forget the Phyllis of 14 years ago and confuse her with the character on the screen of today. Phyllis has come up with a well thought out plan and if you watch her carefully the inneundo of her comments are making Nick think with the head on his shoulders instead of the one between his legs. If Phyllis had been standoffish when Nick came home he would have known something was wrong...Nick is the one that says "forget Paris" and

tomorrow Nick is the one that tells Sharon "it was just a kiss" like no big deal and Phyllis makes the comment before the funeral "women can endure almost anything to save the family"

it seems that Nick wants to forget the kiss even happened.

Phyllis is giving Nick enough rope to either hang himself or save himself. It seems TPTB have had second thoughts about re-uniting SHICK and with the bad acting in the Paris scenes by JM and SC...I can't blame them.....

Just wanted to say I loved your post!! Phyllis is definitely playing her cards right, giving Nick just enough hints to make him ponder what exactly is going on!! I adore Michelle Stafford and she is doing a tremendous job of acting in these scenes!!

I just can't stress enough what a bad decision CBS made not to promote this storyline more. Nobody is going to know what's going on the show, yet again. Why didn't we get a Sudden Impact type of promotion? It's freakin' November, jeez.

But otherwise, the show is currently doing amazing.

actually considering SC was making comments to fans months ago about a SHICK reunion, SHICK fans SWEARING up and down that PHICK would be HISTORY BEFORE Paris, SHICK fans SWEARING up and down that Nick and Sharon were running off to Paris TOGETHER and that Phyllis wa going to find out and stalk them in Paris and the biggy, SHICK fans swearing up and down that NO WAY was MS/Phyllis going to be included in the Paris filming....I think it is obvious, that things were changed and for a reason...and I am sure the bad acting and non-chemistry between JM and SC in the Paris scenes will be one more nail in the SHICK reunion coffin...soon to be buried next to Saint Cassie...

and guess what? I am one of hundreds if not thousands of MS/Phyllis fans...I am far from the biggest fan but I have been her fan from her first day on the show and will remain one till the show ends which if the ratings are as bad for Paris as I think...could be coming up in the near future....

I guess... I'm glad to say that at least the weekly threads have been ck/ts/ds/al/lf free for a few weeks. And it should stay that way.

I think we can thank the writers for limiting their screen time, dmarex and JackPeyton. Thus we have very little complain about.

I have not missed Lily or Devon....they have turned into non-factors really...they could move away with Tyra and Anna and I would be one happy little 36 year viewer!!!

Actually, I don't see much reason to keep Devon. I like the character but... even dayplayers sometime have more stuff to do than him. What did he do this year? He had an episode or two of quitting school and then an episode or two of Ana and that's all. Even Lauren who's sadly used as a Baldwin prop has more things to do.
