I'm down with Raven. She has never been wrong on this kind of scoop. Some would say that she says general statements which are bound to happen, and when they do, she says "see I told you first!" . Even if thats true, I dont care. I've had it with Ron by himself. He needs a writer to balance his historian status.

I think Carlivati needs a co-head writer. The Tess mess and Todd/Marty mess has dragged out for a long time. I hope ONE LIFE re-casts Sarah and not just writes her off. C'mon get Erin Hershey or Alexis Thorpe in the role, or Molly Burnett(Melanie, DAYS) in the role. Molly would be great imho.

I mean the whole Todd / Marty thing is just plan nuts and now with Tess or Bess taken Star's baby just crazy I hope it doesn't go on to long before everyone finds out that it's Star's baby not Jessica / Tess / Bess 's .

I think it's become apparent that (1.) RC needs to shorten his stories out a bit with less filler and (2.) he's needs a better writing team, including a talented Co-Head Writer.

IMO If the Todd/Marty thingy sinks the ratings lower RC is TOAST. If the ratings stay the same or go up he stays.

I agree about Carolyn! The Cullitons are so underrated in my opinion. She would understand how to make the day to day interesting while stories are playing out.

Not to mention that CC does a damn good job at cleaning up a main headwriter's material (See Hogan Sheffer at ATWT, Millee Taggart at GL). She's a very good second in command.

OLTL has been better but its now a HOT mess. Ron needs a co-HW ASAP.

I thought she and Ron were pretty tight. RC isn't writing this stuff in a vacuum, in my opinion. He's bouncing ideas off of somebody and CC would be at the top of my list.

That would just continue the cycle that we all hate so much, including yourself. Dont fire him, get him some help. He knows the show, he's watched it for years, knows characters, knows history. What more could you ask for in a head writer? OLTL is lucky to have someone heading the writing team who gives a damn about the show. Just ask GL.
